anyone here ever have a problem error with switching the connection between mobile data and wifi ?
for example first Im activate mobile data,then after a few hours I want use wifi so I turn off mobile data and switch on wifi on toogle..but the wifi is always error and stuck in "Obtaining IP address"..so I must restart the phone and then the wifi works normally..
thats condition is happend too when Im use wifi first then I wanna switch to mobile data..the mobile data connection is always failed..but if I restart the phone, the mobile data works normally..
it is very annoying so I always need reboot my phone to switch my connection type?
Anyone can help me?

Thought this would go away when i flashed new rom (now on stock deodex .350) , but it didn't .
So the situation is , i get home, turn wifi on, it shows up, connects ,but phone continues to use my Data connection .
So then, i have to disable both, data and wifi, and enable only wifi .
It's not a deal breaker, but i often find my self leaving house with no data connection as i forget to turn my 2G/3G , , :silly:
Anyone have an idea, except wiping my phone ?
Hi all, i've been trying to search on google but without any luck, so i came here trying to be helped
The thing is: I can't get wifi hotspot working every time I turn that option ON my mobile data get's disconected and starts saying activating... and never gets connected again BUT if i turn wifi hotspot off it gets connected a few seconds before. People can get conected trough my wifi network but with no internet on it...

first of all, my English isn't that good, but I hope you understand it well enough.
I own a OnePlus 3T and want to run wlan and mobile data at the same time,
but every time when the OP3T connect to a wlan the mobile data stops working.
I know there is a developer option for wlan and mobile data, but it didn't work for me.
Nothing changes. Even with a reboot, the mobile data still automatically switched off as soon as a wlan connection is established.
Why I need both running on the same time:
I've got an OBD Dongle for realtime information from my car (because my car dies slowly and I want to know what is going on with this "lovely piece of something")
My OP3T connects via wlan with the device, which means that mobile data is automatically deactivated, which also means that I have no connection to the internet.
Has anyone of you a solution for me?
I must confess, that problem is quite depressing for me.
If you can't understand what i'm saying or have trouble to understand, then just tell me and I try to rewrite my problem (somehow i guess)

Yeah, I know. That is what it does.
But I need wifi and mobile data simultaneously.
Hi anyone have experience with connecting the n8 to this camera? Using the sony memories software it tries to connect but disconnects immediately. Any ideas folks.
I have an A5000 but i believe the method should be same.
When using wifi transfer i set it to wifi direct rather than through a router/access point (never had any success with using wifi router), when connecting directly to the camera the phone will complain about no internet access, make sure you pull the drop down and select stay connected anyways (otherwise the note may drop the connection so i can reconnect to your router that does have internet connection)
Found the solution I had to disable mobile data. Only found this out this by checking whether it worked on my tab s3 and it did so was a matter of deduction. Thx

strange mine works fine with mobile data on, do you have the switch to mobile data when ever your wifi internet connection is slow or unstable turned on in the advance wifi options?

Can anyone tell me where I can set the phone to switch to data when wifi is down?
The wifi has a full signal but no connection and I need the phone to automatically switch to data.
Wifi asistent is set on, but not working.
