hey guys. completly not related to phones, and alot of you probably dont know what gloving is. but id really appriciate it if you checked me out.

Uhhh never heard it called gloving. Guess I'm just that old. We did that about 15 years ago. Never heard that name.

I've been out of the game for a minute, but wouldn't it work better with black gloves and a black shirt? Just asking. Seeing the glow off your hands and t-shirt takes away from the effect a little.

You're right. Back in my day, we made our own with black mechanic's gloves with LEDs and fiber optics. Now I searched for some stuff on youtube and all the people are wearing white gloves.
reminds me of Mickey Mouse and old Disney cartoon jazz hands lol

Yeah, the white gloves just aren't getting it done. It's strange to say about something like this, but the white gloves say dorky, black feels "professional" =p I don't know how else to put it, but yeah, if a bunch of dudes got up on stage in white gloves I'd wonder if the mousekateers were about to throw down.

I'd use black gloves , but my thumb light points down instead of up, so it lights up my palm. If I didn't prefer that, I'd probably use black

I would also use a black skimask or something to cover up the face. Also drop the glasses. Reflections

I do have a mask design that I'm looking to get made, its ganna be painted on a jabowakeez mask.

There were definitely colored ones on display when they unveiled the phone, but they only seem to come in 3 colors so far. Blue one making the latest appearance on the US Samsung store.

I bought a blue one on ebay for. 13.49 with nfc . And its same quality as the orig samsung is selling for 40 ..

? Possible White Nexus 4 @ Carphone Warehouse? UK

I went into my local CPW yesterday to ask about the availability of the N4 this week, the girl I spoke to looked it up (big screen flashing up warning NOT to give customers any info and to keep stock in the back etc)
I asked if she could look up the price for SIM fee and she tried another approach, searching on the system for lg nexus 4, a simple screen popped up with the price for 2 nexus 4's.... now, unless my eyes deceived me, I saw one for "nexus 4" and one for "nexus 4 White" (both said £389.99 or similar)
Obviously as I wasn't looking for that info it didn't really sink in until a moment or two later so by that time the screen had been closed etc.... just wondering if anyone had seen anything similar? I don't want to cause any undue excitement, pant wetting etc but surely it's not beyond the realms of possibility? I had a quick search but couldn't see any mention of it...
Anybody? Maybe the o2 exclusivity thing has the white one as part of it?
I hate white phones so not interested, but one of you lot might be into it!
We will find out tomorrow I suppose, but you heard it here first eh!

The back in white might be okay... But personally I think the white in the front kills the whole look and makes the onscreen buttons stick out like a soar thumb...

Obvious photoshop. Shadows don't work that way

looks like photoshop to me.

Inverted OP image:
concludiing that it's just the normal Nexus 4 promo image in inverted colour, minus the screen which has been kept the same. Still, a white Nexus 4 could look quite classy.

Colors?

Really stuck between red and black. I finally went with black. I heard the back is glass, and that seems okay in black. If it was polycarbonate I'd have gone with red.

Why is that? Fingerprints will show up the most on black. The other colors will show less and white will show the least.

I ordered black as well. I don't want a flashy phone, so green and red aren't an option, and I personally think white phones are ugly. Black is sleek and unobtrusive.

Congrats on your new phone!
I'm just wondering, how red is it really? I was frothing over the red Z3C, but some people say it's more orange?

I have the black one since yesterday and I find that smudges on the back aren't nearly as visible as I though they would be. It's also nice to not have a distracting bright rim around the front. I had a white Xperia Acro S before this and I always found the white rim around the front to be a bit distracting.

Now that I've seen how small it is I kind of wish I'd gone with green or red. However, it's not like you can go wrong with black. I like that the phone is a total slab.
