Probably means the phone is stuck in a bootloop. Id reflash the stock SBF file for for the phone, and go from there. Although I would be a little cautious with this offer seems a little sketchy, and if you can't fix the phone it would be a waste of money.

My screen recently broke and I'm unable to see the text portion of CWR in order to return to stock. Would someone please post a picture of the mounts and storage menu in CWR? Or just write the order of how it goes?

This means that something is installing at this moment (i think about radio or hboot). Don't touch anything and in any way DON'T POWER OFF PHONE! Yea. At the end of installing it'll reboot.
I really hope you didn't turn the phone off, as stated above, it is likely a SPL/Radio install.

Thats what happens when you go deleting stuff willy nilly, if by some chance you made a backup and just havent realized to restore it do that, otherwise if you can remember the file i or someone else im sure can provide it, just remember to be more careful next time.
