After you root your phone, download Odin and the Tass.OPS file for Galaxy Mini (MUST BE FORE GALAXY MINI OTHERWISE IT WON'T WORK). Then, go and find out your phone's baseband/firmware version by either going to your settings>about>baseband version or type *#1234# on your phone keyboard. Then, follow this guide to flash the new firmware and also get an SD Card ext4 partition.
*Note: The new firmware in the link provided would change your boot image...

Install A2SDGUI if you're using Gingerbead and S2E if you're using ICS or Jellybean. Then partition your SD card using CWM and then move all apps to the partition using the App.

Well android can move parts of apps to the SD card. Go to manage applications > app > move to SD card.
If you want to use a2sd were all of an app is moved, then I think you will need root.
Sent from my GT-S5830 using my hands
Use free app2sd applications from market. But they will move only compatible appz. Dalvik cache and other files + non compatible appz will stay in phone memory. So really it doesn't affect storage that much.

so if u REALLLY want some SPACE rootyour phone!!! its nothing to be scared of , u can always unroot your phone to claim warranty
s2e( only for cm7 roms ) and link2sd are two apps which give u a LOT of internal memory but both require root , so .......

S2E for CM10.1

HI... i'am new in here.
Last day, i found a problem. That is S2E app its not working in CM10.1. (JB 4.2.1)
Then, i browse around google and XDA. ( LOL )
And after that, i combine several apps & scripts that i founds.
Finally, now i can make S2E work in CM10.1
You have same problem ?
Download it here :
DOWNLOAD LINK
DOWNLOAD LINK 2
Flash it via CWM
Tested on :
- XPERIA JB Build#2 ROM based CM10.1
- Touchwiz 5 ROM (V1, V2, & V5) based CM10.1
- CM10.1-20130108-UNOFICIAL-tass
- cm-10.1-20130215-NIGHTLY-tass (Android 4.2.2)
- CM 10.1 RC5
- Almost all CM10.1 built by rohan007
NOTE :
- Don't update the S2E app.
- If when you open it, then it say not granted superuser permission, open the superuser app first.
- If superuser permission still not granted/your sd-ext not detected, turn off your phone for a while. (Reboot is useless)
- If your sd-ext still not detected again you need to reformat your sd-ext partition.
- **Also work on CM9 & CM10**
Credits :
- Ahmad Safar for script
- konstantin12 for app
- Wah-idOne for combine
If this useful, please press thanks

s2e move your app,app data, and dalvik cache to sd-ext partition.
s2e will free up your internal memory, but not extends it. (But, App Data not recommended to move by me)
you can use it in to your CM9/10/10.1 ROM by flashed it via CWM, (Fresh ROM recommended)
I'm sorry for my bad english if you are not understand with my explanation.

yes for every 100mb is equivalent to 500mb of partition. you don't need to format your sdcard, it will be formatted when you partition it.and btw, you must install it with an init.d support
I partition my sdcard to 800mb only because it's enough for me. I use this Mini Tool Partition Wizard
and as I said. before flashing you must mount /system because i tried the process in the op thread to format /sd-ext
but it does not work. you'll get bootloop or it will boot but script won't work.

before you flash the int2ext in cwm you must mount system
that pc program is for partitioning sdcard because if you use cwm for partitioning you don't have any option for
800-900 mb because 1gb is too much because as i said 100mb internal memory is equal to 500mb in second partition

Go to CoCore thread and install CoCore witch CWM.
U are I9070 user so install CoCore E. Move downloaded .zips (i recommand to check Md5 sum before installing if md5 is wrong re-download occrupted .zip) to Sd card and than follo the instruction in CM 11 thread.
