I made the mistake of "upgrading" to the latest version of skype without making a backup or bothering to read the reviews. Does anyone happen to have an apk of the previous version?

Has not happened to me before with the newest version but there is a modded Skype with extras in the android apps and games which I almost always end up downloading

Ok, update. The latest version is messed up on the modified app as well. I finally got the pip working on the previous app (version 16).
Thanks again for pointing out there was a modified skype.

i am currenty running cm6.0.0 n1 rc3 (i think its the latest version) and people way it has touch to focus in the camera but mine does not. any help? THANKS IN ADVANCE
I don't think RC3 has touch to focus.
But if it does:
Start the camera app and click on the settings icon (top right) and the focus mode is the first option you can change.

The final, stable build was released a few days ago.

Dude, there is a search function for a reason. Just type in two freaking words "Google Maps". Done!
But I can tell you, there is no version vor ICS, it's up to JB unfortunately... You can either change ROMs or continue using the old one. I really like the new one though, you should definitely get it somehow

Sorry, but I did try that before posting this topic.
And thats weird because in the description and alot of articles it says:

hmmm... that's kinda weird, I looked up serveral downloads and all said 4.1 or higher... Is the version in the PlayStore compatible with your device?
EDIT: Mkaay, so I checked the PlayStore page and it says, that 4.0.3+ will get it in a few weeks So just wait a while and check the PlayStore

This is what i found in the What's new section in the play store...
"Update will be rolling out to Android 4.0.3+ users over the next few weeks. Users with Android versions below 4.0.3 should visit http://goo.gl/5AMJS to learn about the app features available to you."

Guess the title says it all really.
As some of you are aware, HTC removed many of the full page widgets in Sense 5. However, they seem to have added most of those back in the Sense 5 rom just released for the One X. Amazingly, despite the difference in screen resolution, they all work on the One with little to no modding required.
I thought I'd package them up into a flashable zip, for those who want them.
You can get the download link and bug list on my International forum thread....sorry for the pinballing, but easier for me to keep an eye on one thread!

***Since the Sprint One uses a different partition for /system, I'm not 100% sure if the zip will flash properly for you guys. If anyone tries, please let me know. Nandroid first, just in case***
Good news...
The zip flashes and installs the widgets correctly.
Bad news...
None of them work The only one that doesn't ***** when added to the tab is the photo gallery, however, it doesn't function correctly.
Tested on ViperOne.

Hmm, that's odd! Can't see why the apks themselves wouldnt work, if they install ok.
Kiray posted a link on my main thread to the same widgets pulled from a Butterfly rom instead....might be worth giving those a try?

Was it an android 4.2.2 ROM? Us Sprint guys are still running the old 4.2.1 base.

try adding the com.htc.socialnetwork.res.apk(from where these widgets were pulled from) and flashing that with the widgets and is if that helps
it goes to system/framework/ fyi

Ah, yes it was from a 4.2.2 rom, so that explain it. Sorry, didn't realise they hadn't updated you guys from 4.2.1.

I havn't tested it. make a backup and give it a try
The deodexed version was missing the calculator and the gallery fc but other than that everything works great. Just installed the gallery apk from omj's thread and got the calculator apk from another sense rom and all is perfect now .

Haha I fuel airplanes so I use the calculator on a regular basis. It was the first thing I noticed when setting up my homescreen lol.

Just couple of days on android. i managed any how to JmzMystJBSense rom on my htc first .
1.than bluetooth and wifi not working.
2.Also before installing rom and also after installing it is showing restrictive access changed.(help if some one know the solution)
3. Can we remove sim lock in booloader.
Like u said if this rom is working fully than it's a good news. Does this rom work on bluetooth and wi fi.

Wow man you're amazing. I tried out your sense ROM and it was pretty much solid besides a few ui issues... one of them being xposed so i reverted to stock. I hope you've got cyanogenmod developing for this phone in mind... May this phone one day see the light of cm11. If that's on your list and you don't want to start from scratch I suggest heading to lloirs github to see what he has. MANY THANKS TO YOU
If he was able to make this that means he really is able to make 4.4.2 Sense 6 for this phone!

Sweet MIUI is a nice alternative but after using it for awhile I find myself going back to the pure android roms. I find them more fluid and know my way around them a lot better.
Does anybody know if this guy has a Github or something of that nature? I'm curious to see what else if anything he's been working on...

Not sure about a github but from what he's been saying, it seems like he's working on a 4.4.2 Sense 6 ROM for the First.
