Touchscreen isn't working anymore. The screen lights up, but I can't get over lockscreen, I mean, it doesn't respond to touch, also the capacitive UI buttons aren't responding.. Before flashing the new rom, it worked like a charm.
Tried wipe data, cache, flashing another rom, no success..
Any ideas what to do?

Try out FuFu's latest MiniMod. It has a touch interface. If it's working than your problem is rom related, if not, than i guess it's hardware related issue.

No matter what rom I install it works perfectly on the first boot, but if I restart it the touch screen dies. I can still use the tracker ball to move around and do stuff, but the screen just doesnt work. Its like the digitizer works on first boot, but not on second boot. Any ideas why? Please I really need to know soon its my grandpas and he is leaving soon. :/ Also if I wipe the dalvik cache and reboot the screen works again.
How long does the touch screen work after you wipe the Dalvik? And what happens if you drop a stock ROM on it?

I have a problem with screen rotating or gyroscope.
If i tilt the device a little. The whole screen go's landscape. And sometimes if the screen go to Landscape mode i cant get it back to portrait mode!!!!!:crying: only if i lock the screen.
Im on existenz 6.6.0 rom

You seem to have many problems with this custom rom. Reflash it. If that doesn't work, wipe everything and flash it again.

Haha thats right :laugh:but i tried to reflash but with other serious problems not like that AND THAT DID NOT HELPED because those bugz are ROM bugz not because i didnt wiped data or something like that:fingers-crossed: but if i click on WIPE SYSTEM button in recovery then install the rom is everything will be ok or.....? i tried other rom called SPIKELAB PREFORMANCE EDITION. Then i got first "procces.android.acore stopped" because i didnt wipes data after that i reflashed with data wipe and its worked ok but the notification panel is lag like old phone then i repalced a new stock systemUI then rebooted then i got systemui stopped and no navbar and notifbar after that i became like that ( ) then flashed exiztenz ROM.

touch works but doesn't display anything what to do?? tried flasing via adb process completed but showing anything on screen is it bricked?
If screen isnt showing anything then how do u know that touch is working?
Try wiping dalvik cache.

I hear touch sound,i did flashed rom using adb but nothing helped
hello, my screen right side 1cm touch screen not working anymore idk how it happend, phone isnt dropped or scrached or damaged. please if anyone know about this help me, how to fix ?
Solved
I have same issue. Everything was working fine until I tried to restore my backup via safestrap recovery. I ended up to a bootloop because the backup was corrupted. The phone got really messed up and didn't charge anymore for some reason. Then I flashed stock JB build via RSD Lite. I used "VRZ_XT894_9.8.2O-72_VZW-18-8_CFC.xml.zip" file. Phone booted up normally but the backlight of recents app and home buttons were not working. However, the backlight of back and search buttons are working.
I don't mind about the backlights because I would turn them off anyway. The biggest problem is that there is about 1cm thick line on the screen which doesn't regognice touch. Everything else seems to work. I didn't drop the phone or anything like that.
I tried to flash Lineage 14.1 and different kernels but without any luck. Also I just reflashed the stock JB rom via RSD Lite. Still same situation. Is there anything else I could try? Thanks!
EDIT: Whoa!
I was able to fix this and is was very simple. I just followed this YouTube video :good:. I just had to try twice and turn off screen after doing that.
Im at a loss here so I come to you guys in desperation. The home button and power button work fine in TWRP but do nothing in the actual operating system. Also the capacitive buttons dont light up or work for that matter. I havent succesfully flashed a custom rom yet as I kept having boot loop issues but I did a fresh install with kies and still no go. Anybody seen anything like this? Its a T-813 if that matters...
