Future:
In the past, I have merged/rebased every CWM with AOSP. With Jellybean, I have decided this is no longer in the best interest of the project. There are only a few areas of AOSP recovery that are of interest (roots.c - file system, minui, and updater). Those will continue to be merged into CWM. Other than that, doing a full rebase with every code drop has been a giant headache, with the code churn from upstream that providing little to no value to CWM.
In any case, this unties my hands to deviate completely from AOSP, with the primary goal to make a much more polished touch UI.
ROM Manager
ROM Manager is a little over 2 years old, and though it has grown in features quite a bit since its first incarnation, parts are starting to show its age. I've been contemplating a significant UI rewrite for some time now, and will pull the trigger on that shortly. I also want to add in some features that I am hoping will be of some interest:
* A paid ROM section for devs to publish their work and support their hobby.
* Upload your current ROM to ROM Manager for anyone to use, from the device.
* Connect ROM Manager to the Recovery Builder for automatic updates of recovery. No device left behind
Speaking of the Recovery Builder; it has been pleasantly successful. To date, around 1700 recoveries have been built. Many for devices ROM Manager currently does not even support.
Anyways, if you have any suggestions for the future of ClockworkMod products, please drop me a line!.

Thanks for the info was looking for the same . Will try it out . Just a suggestion you can add that link as a PS in your main thread for people like me to try . I skipped that ROM completely.

No this is plain AOSP with some tweaks to make it work like a Google ROM.
All other enhancements will be in Codename Android ROM and we are porting the all of the custom stuff into 4.0.4.
We are not going to be merging the 4.0.4 code to our 4.0.3 ROM. We will be porting all of our custom stuff into 4.0.4 so no old code is left in and we will have a fresh base...

Most of the stock apps are already inverted, but I'm sure the inverted GAPPS will work just fine.
On a side note, how is everything running for everyone? Is it smooth enough? I don't have a Nexus S, so I can't test it personally... Keep me updated..

backlight notification is not working on this rom..
Cause MIUI will not update ICS based Roms, i decided to make a last update.

Its same for Every rom...flash a safe kernel...(LS7 Philz kernel is brick free)
3 Wipes and flash...
My recommendation is flash Abyss kernel or any CM kernel..reboot recovery, 3 wipes and flash away!!!

As i wrote in OP, Kernel is binary patched and have phils cwm3 insert, so should be save of curse i wont give you any warranty

@ first the themes app didn't recognize my themes in my MIUI folder so I had to "import them from SD card". Then it needed xiaomi account in order to apply these themes - a new MIUI "extra"
And I miss the CRT-off animation

@ first the themes app didn't recognize my themes in my MIUI folder so I had to "import them from SD card". Then it needed xiaomi account in order to apply these themes - a new MIUI "extra"
And I miss the CRT-off animation

Out of all Devs on N7000 out here, you surprise me the most. You generously reply to all the post or question asked. I know most of them do...but still i find you best on this. Great rom. Your rom feels so different from others (maye because of miui ). MIUI is my first favorite. Currently downloading. Yesterday download didn't complete, it got stuck in between.

some mini user has to stand up and fix this. I came to the conclusion that I cannot fix what I cannot see regarding resizing.
Overscroll btw is meant to happen in CM but maybe it is out of proportion. Can you make a video of it and post it?
Edit: Just in case... I don't have a mini. I am on Gio

On cm10 we have blue overscroll it is just a thing of pngs in framework res.apk in ldpi

Yes, I know this thread is in the wrong section. I tried to get this thread moved into development, only to be locked out of my own thread. So it's here for now.
This is an SDK port of Android L preview to the Nexus 7 2012 (Grouper).
First of all, this ROM is not up to the quality of other ports, as Bluetooth, NFC, many sounds, light sensor, and other features are not working.
What works:
- the boot animation
- Touchscreen
- Sound (partially)
- Screen rotation
- The Settings app
- The camera
- Installing apps
- Wi-Fi - thanks, gnustomp!
What doesn't work:
- Playing some sounds, such as the Ding noise played by Google Search after recognizing OK Google
- Bluetooth
- NFC
- Google Text to Speech
- Everything else
The port is based on the system image of the 32-bit ARM Android L emulator, with proprietary binaries pulled from the stock 4.4.2 image.
The kernel used is the LegoKernel from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2664392
The kernel used in v3 and earlier is the stock 4.4.2 kernel from MultiROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34577851&postcount=2.
The .zip packaging (and the boot animation) is based on the MultiROM repack of the Nexus 5 image from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53707461&postcount=1213
The Superuser shipped with this ROM is made by Koush: http://koush.com/post/superuser
The non-PIE fix is based on the patch by cernekee.
This ROM uses the Bluetooth and NFC apks from Cyanogenmod. Thanks!
To reiterate, this ROM is rather useless. Therefore, I have made this ROM for MultiROM (the ROM won't run without it, currently) so you can dual-boot into this and experiment. To setup MultiROM, follow the instruction on its thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2011403
Note that F2FS is not supported.
I have only tested this on my own device, so if you're getting bootloops, please send me a LogCat of the boot so I can diagnose the problem.
Installing:
- Back up your device. This ROM is highly experimental and may screw up stuff.
- Install MultiROM first
- Put the downloaded .zip onto the /sdcard partition
- Boot into the MultiROM recovery
- Select "Advanced"
- Select "MultiROM"
- Select "Add ROM"
- For "Choose ROM type", select "Android"
- For "Share kernel with Internal ROM?", Choose "Don't share"
- Select "Next"
- Select "Zip file"
- Choose the downloaded .zip
- Slide to flash
- To flash Gapps: Return to home menu -> Advanced -> Multirom -> List ROMs
- Select the flashed ROM, and then choose Flash Zip; choose the Gapps package
- After reboot, choose the new ROM in MultiROM's startup menu

Was it worth tagging all that post for one question? Btw thanks for the build.
I advise you to use the library from cyanogenmod for compatibility with older drivers.
I asked a mod to move it in the dev section. It should be there pretty soon
Ok so I installed this as my secondary ROM and, well, it's awesome one thing that bugs me, besides there Wi-Fi and Bluetooth not working, is that every time I pull down the quick settings, Google Play Services force close ?

Er...I have Mahdi ROM on my tablet, and f2fs filesystem on my /data partition, and installed the zip with MultiRom. The ROM itself of course has nothing to do with f2fs.
