You can't compare both man. They are completely different scripts...
V6 - is a memory management script. It fixes LMK and OOM values so that apps don't run in background. Soon ultimately this may increase the overall battery.
Slaid - its a better script as it has many different features like smoothness, lag fix, battery tweaks, fast boot, etc. So if u want overall increase in performance... Go for this.
Adrenaline shot - similar to slaid but with some changes in code. Its here in dev section if not, go to Ace dev section and ask the Guy who wrote this to make changes for our mini.

Download and install script manager
Download V6 script from xda
Put it SD card
Open script manager app and find v6 script
Open it
Then a screen will pop up showing various options
Choose root option (icon with su icon) , save it
Hit execute
V6 will start running.
Choose option 7 ( 512 HP - aggressive. )
Super clean and restart.
That's. It ( it will take a long time to boot don't worry u dint brick ur phone

Lolll sorry buddy it was a mistake...I use t9 to type so I forgot to correct slaid, which was misspelled as slap..

When I open script manager, I got disconnect from it. Why?

Did u install the busybox yet? Try install it and choose ver 1.18.xx and try again, i have no problem when i use it

Usd BusyBox Installer..it recquires root...there are many versions so choose the one with 600kb size not 5mb app as far as I remember..

Correct, the swapfile is created on the /data-partition. I see no way to put it on either the external or internal SD, as those can be unmounted anytime. The swapfile has to be accessible at all times.

So, can I install this app over the kernel version or I have to wait for a new Kerner with this version included?

If you can't enable ZRam, check your BusyBox (v1.19.4 recommended)

You can install this version, however...this will not fix your problem. I was not aware that this is happening on CM7 as well. Will first see if I can reproduce it there, and possibly fix it, if not I'll create another GuesteOC which does things the "old" way.
(The problem on stock ROMs is that the modprobe command behaves differently from busybox-version to busybox version. Some look for the modules in /lib/modules (which unless there is a /lib symlink will not work), while some look in /system/lib/modules, which always works. Older versions of GuesteOC used insmod and rmmod.)Turns out the busybox-installer may be to blame.
Am currently trying to reproduce the issue on CM7, and will decide on which fix to make.

I am unable to reproduce your issue on either 135 or 135.2.
Can you please
1) Re-install CM7. (You will not lose any data.)
2) Re-install symbi0sis.
...and check if the problem persists.
EDIT: Oh, dang, just realized you had 132, not 135. Will check that as well then.
EDIT2: Nope, works for me on 132 as well.

Tried suggested version of busybox but the problem is still present.
I'm going to reinstall CM7 and kernel and I 'll report here.

Tried installing again both cm7 and symbi0sis but the problem is present again.
But I've done another test: I've installed symbi0sis v1.2 and the zram setting works fine, but after that I've installed the last v1.3.1 and the zram setting doesn't work.
PS: cache and dalvik cleaned after every installation.
Now I use swapfile and wait for another kernek verson.

Ok, thanks. This is a bit weird, since the busybox that is included in CM7 should definitely have a working version of modprobe.
Anyway, Stefan has gone back to the "old way" for stock kernel, if you ask him maybe he'll make an updated "old way"-version of symbi0sis as well.
(GuesteOC can use both methods, it chooses one or the other depending on the location of the module-files.)

enable zram on boot
hello, maybe you know how to enable zram on boot, i'm using stock v20s + guestec 2.0 hoc gc + guesteOC if i use swap mode after reboot doesn't to enable again in guesteOC. When Zram I must manually enable with GuesteOC after power off.

I assume you have installed guestekrnL on a stock 20s? Then you don't have init.d support, and startup-scripts won't work.
Long story short: You need to first install a boot-image which enables init.d, then install guestekrnL on top of that.

Tried today to update temasek's rom from 132 to the last 135.3 (with symbi0sis 1.3.1) and now zram works :good:

Backup of all the settings you mean? That's not a bad idea, but it will have to wait at least a week, I'm a bit indisposed at the moment.
I was planning to make the final-final 2.3.5 version with updated translations, so I'll probably make the backup-stuff first, then plead for more translations.
No promises yet, there's some stuff going on which may or may not demand my full attention, will know in a week or so.

If there was a "best configuration" the app would be useless, then we'd just use that config all the time.
I suggest you read a bit in either the symbi0sis or guestekrnL-thread, where people have been discussing various settings for a long time.

i am pretty sure you have friends that have high end phones. Also you surely might have bragged about the latest android 4.2.2 on your little mini while their s3 or note2 is stuck on ics or jb 4.1.
Though we have cm10.1 but according to my experience its a bit unreliable yet one of the best roms out there .
I thought that as stock roms are odexed for better stability performance as well as battery life maybe i should try it put with cm 10.1 and see the results well the results were pretty good so i decided to share it with you guys
NOTE:If you dont know what odex and deodex are then i suggest you google the terms and read a bit about it.

There is no difference however between rohans cm10.1 and mine except for the fact that this rom is odexed and a bit slimmer thus giving a bit better output .

these are the settings now for extra enhancements
1. TRY Bravia Engine V2 shared by f4uzan in themes and apps section
2. Seeder is good for lag reduction but eats up battery (not much though)
3.You may also try to use pimp my rom tweaks while some of them are pre-included
4.MUST TRY RAM manager pro (paid but worth it) set it to more multitasking
5.Dont expect too much of me or your mini after all its an old phone and did (does ,will do) great......(its a mini not an S4)

Yes... Odexing makes system fast because device does not need to access dalvik cache for every app in /system.
98% odexed which means only systemui.apk and some other app are left so that themeing works.

Sometimes it works for example systemui is not odexed in next release for theming and still it works but you should try for yourself though the chances for non system apps are not much.

Though all the mods are tested both on stock and CWM recovery, you have the choice to use any one of them
These all mods mount and unmount partition and set the permissions automatically, so no no need tod o it, but these steps shown in instructions are shown to be done if everything else fails
1. Download desired mod
2. Place it in the root of your sdcard(Preferred)
3. Reboot into recovery
4. Mount /system(Do if installation fails)
5. Install zip from sdcard
6. Read what appears on screen
7. Reboot
8. Enjoy

Then, ImbaWind did not move his Adrenaline Tweak to the section, so why should I
However, it can be copied there ofcourse
And also, very important, it will thoroughly boost up devices with RAM nearly as much as ours
But as, it manages RAM, can be some lame idea to flash on 1 GB RAM device
But, I am testing it and changing minfrees

Can make outgoing calls/messages but cannot receive incoming calls, all that appears is a notification in status bar saying number of missed calls, after flashing the zip.
Anyone having the same problem?

What about using the lightning speed patch with v6? someone tested already? I guess the phone can be run like a rocket or?

What you are saying is impossible to happen.

I also have doubts the scripts can affect that, i asked because flashing the script was the last and only thing i did before this happened and my imei is intact. I thought maybe one of the scripts caused some processes disabled.

Well i flashed it on simplicity v5 but then i got stuck at samsung logo had to go stock with odin and reflash again...i had interactive kernel by axylum if that affects anything...

V6 works with it - runs like hell (on simplicity), i dont know, either i'll stay on simplicity or flashing stock with this script + v6
From here the battery is fine (but i didnt used my phone that much, guess it will drains when im on my way tho)

ImbaWind's script is a modified and already set up version of the V6 Supercharger, if I remember correctly.
I'd personally advise getting V6 and setting it up yourself. Not only it had a bunch of updates recently (get the test releases, BTW), but you can also tweak it to fit your needs.

Mh i'm still using the first version i've downloaded first time (Update9 RC8.2) - where i can get a newer one?
And is it worth it to use a newer version?

Hello guys!
I opened this thread to talk about problems/bugs in The Aokp rom done by erikas !
Today he has done a new release (a lot of thanx to him) where the old bugs how that of the sd card should be resolved. But the developer thread can't be used for noob question how: Have you fixed the problem with the sd card?? So I have created this I take no credit! I just want to help!!!

Guide to flash rom:
- Download ROM
- Full wipe (data/cache/dalvik cache) strongly recommend!
(- I also advice to format system in mount option to have a clean base )
- Flash Rom(istall zip from sd card/'Rom file'/Yes)
- Full wipe again and also wipe battery stats!
- Reboot system!
After the first boot and the configuration you can istall gapps and other script!

u need to update to latest nightly..sd card bug is fixed in latest release..
and yes, even i am wondering where launcher settings are
shifted back to CM 10.1 until aokp is a bit more stable..

Is there any way to make scrolling in menu stops at the end of apps list or make a limit between apps tab and widgets tab ??

poursystem these settings are for launcher hence you and I and everyone almost is asking the same question.
The Alchemist I would like to know which script are you using for SD Ext. I know I am on latest nightly but I am having trouble with S2E for CM 10.1 with 512 MB Ext4. For now using Link2SD. Other thing you might like to know is I wiped everything and I do use a 256 mb swap. Using no other script.
I guess it can also be said that Swag Wallpapers aren't working.
Lastly what sound mods are working except DSP Manager with the rom.

dude everything is working fine..
do a clean wipe
wipe data
wipe cache
wipe dalvick cache(advanced)
install the rom
do all the wipe mentioned above and reboot.
you r done

Camera HDR mode, shots up 6, creates 3 images, then fc
I dont see any difference from normal vs hdr images. Both are same.(same in CM10.1 too)
But yeah , AOKP again gives more controls to play

This is because exposure settings never worked in camera in Jellybean or ICS. However if that changes in new builds I don't know.
