Restoring the backup you should have made before... If not, google for a remover, but I think you wont find. The only other chance is to find out, which libs and other stuff have been replaced, copy them from another stock ROM and adb push them to the correct folder. Have fun
This might help, although you need to replace the files in that files with the one's of P970.

oh well
Didn't work for me just told me application not installed, tried through astro
Try putting it in the system/app folder and rebooting..
if yoor on the stock rom ur gonna need the odex file too.. If on thriller rom you shouldnt need it... Odds are though that the whole lg real 3d core has changed with the new uodate and other things will need to be ported to our older firmware... Odds are 98 percent... This will not work on the 10e firmware yet

Ya that's what I've been reading but they have the 10j (I believe). We should see a custom rom by the end of the weekend in the 03d forums

I've had the same thing happen with other apps before. What I found to work is put the phone in recovery and mount /system. Then adb push the .apk to /system/app. I haven't tried it with this particular app but its worked with others for me in the past. Also if that doesn't work use the same process bit push it to /data/app.

Install an O3D Rom, I recommend ThiaiZ 1.5, and the converter will come pre-installed. The converter only works on 10J (and above) firmware btw.
I've got like 3 different back ups on my cwm is there a way I can rename them without messing them up?

Is it safe to select optimistic 3D in Rom manager or is it gonna brick my phone ... cause the thrill isn't in the list
Sent from my LG-P925 using XDA
You can also use oi file manager just browse to your backup like if you use cwm :
Sdcard/cwm/backups
Once there long press the file you wanna rename and choose "rename" and just make sure to not put "spaces" while renaming your backup.. instead you can put "/" or "-"..

Yes Optimus 3D is safe. This is what I use. It works on both the Optimus 3D and the Thrill. Using this option you can also get cwm touch recovery. I use Rom manager to flash cwm recovery. The 'Thrill' cwm recovery that we were manually installing is also an Optimus 3D recovery image.

Sent from my LG-P925 using XDA
you can rename them with any file manager, but to restore it has to be the original file name, so when renaming them add a prefix and then delete only what you added and it will flash with out a mismatch.

Have you tried restoring the rom whitout changing name to see if it works ?? Otherwise just take the numbers like : 1039.3.203030 and on your pc make a new note using note pad and name it whatever you wanna name it so it should look lile this :
102.2034.3404 = Energy Rom might not be the best solution but a quick workaround...

Just use rom manager to rename. It will generate a new md5 sum to match.

I would also agree that it is safe. I just flashed it yesterday and it works perfectly. ROM Manager is a nice app to have.
I know this thread is a few months old, but just figured i'd update this for anyone else who may be having issues, or might have issues in the future and google's it... but you can rename the backups to whatever you feel like and have no issues restoring it due to MD5 sums mismatches. The only thing is that you can't use spaces. If you absolutely have to have some form of a space in the name of the folder for the backup, use a period or something instead.

it wont work on cm10 cos lg stuff usually are deodexed to its rom, unless someone port it as installable apk file.
Why? It's laggy
Use PlayerPro it's simply the best

Use PlayerPro... It has the option for sharing music, folder views, album and artists views are amazing and for dolby mobile it's impossible because that effect is integrated into audio drivers... You can get a similar effect with dsp manager...

Hi there, i want to know if someone can teach me how to change my dialer pad. i seen a post about that but it was not explained in detail.
it said in the post that in order to change the theme i need to find phone.apk and open with 7zip and change file in 2 of the folders there.
can one of the themers here help in this ? explain a bit more, point me to the right place?
another question about it, if i take the phone and contacts apk's from JB and replace them with those that are in IZS or Marvel v11 will it work? will it change the dialer looks with no prolems ?
thanks
Sol
Ok. First i tried to take the file from jelly bean and it didnt work. The file i took are from OB custom rom based on cm.
I found a thread for samsung that explain little bit better but will it work for OB that thing seems tricky.

I dont know for sure, since i dont theme myself, but I think you cant simply use, since it probably has got dependencies in framework and other files. If you integrate those somehow, it might work but CMIIW

BTW what is CMIIW ? Is it the full abbreviation of CM?

Hi guys
Recently, I found a post about removing all the gb orange styles on ics/jb roms. Unfortunately, the mod provided in the Link is not for every device. The only way is follow the instructions and modify the system files by ourselves. I don't have that skill to make such a heavy modification, so if someone know how to do the job, can you please make this mod for our 4x?i am sure a lot of people hate the old gb style.

you only need apktool and a text editor like notepad ++
and the rest looks straight forward
if i where u i would find a guide on how to set up apktool, download notepad ++ and give it a shot, and tell us how it went
