Hi friends,
I have problem with calender sync on our device, Calender not showing my old events all though new events are shown on the Web calender and all old events are also present on Web calender. Can some body help?
I have already unchecked hide declined events and tried clear data with re-sync.

Having an issue syncing contacts between my GT i9000 and MS Outlook. Every time I've sync'd the contacts on my phone has doubled, tripled- exponential explosion!! Can anyone help?

you can choose which type of contacts you need to show

its been really annoying that facebook events and birthdays have ceased to sync with my calendar for a long time now. contacts do sync with phone but calendar never displays events. i thought this jb leak might have this functionality but no. is there any way out. also pen detection does not work on keyboard like before when keyboard detected spen, handwriting pad would automatically emerge. does anyone know a fix to any of these, then please share.

you can use haxsync from play store... it can sync calender and contacts....

What app are you using to sync? In your calendar, under settings, make sure the correct account is set to be sync'd and displayed.

I aint using any third party app, and in my calendar which is splanner ofcourse I have checked facebook calendar alongside Google calendar too. But still not my fb events or fb birthdays are displayed.

I do these steps lots of time and it's doesn't work, why? I 'm using galaxy s 1 with: 4.2.1 and CyanogenMod 10.1
on computer with internet browser open up google calendar
click on gear emblem settings
click setting
click on calendar (blue color)
click Browse interesting calendars ยป(blue color)
click More (blue color)
on Contacts' birthdays and events ..click subscribe
than on your Device
open up the calendar app
hit the three dots
hit Calendar to display
put a check, Contacts birthday and events
hit Calendar to Sync
hit ok
then your done
Do your contacts on your phone have their birthdays added to them? If yes, then I don't know, if not then add them mantually.

yes i added birthdays to my contacts and it's still won't shown at the calendar. the contacts are at groups that i made, also i tried to put the contacts at the original group of the google account and nothing.
cant see them on the p.c. and on the phone.
Does google calendar work on HTC One?
I know there were heaps of problems with google calendar on HTC One X, and when you uninstalled the google calendar, the HTC calendar no longer worked and you had to do a factory reset to fix it.
I don't want to go through that hell again, and haven't rooted my HTC One, so can't back it up /try/ restore if stuffed.
Anyone tried it?
It's a totally new version of Sense, HTC calendar and google calendar.. I'm not game to get punched in the face again..

I have goog calendar working on blinkfeed showing up but when I click on it it says "app not installed". htc one stock 4.3.
Calendar issue
I have "Contacts Birthday's and Events" calendar subscribed in my Gmail and I maintain the birthday dates of all my contacts in Gmail [format: December DD, YYYY]. In HTC calendar [Accounts] i checked the Google option and in that i checked "Contacts Birthday's and Events" option, which takes the birthdays dates from my Gmail contacts and sets reminders and notifications. But I am not able to see any notifications from the calendar.
Now, i have another option in HTC Calendar Accounts called "People (Birthdays & Anniversaries)" and i have no idea where this option came from and from where it takes the birthday data from but it displays the birthdays. The annoying thing is when an event is about to occur this People thing displays 4 reminders for the same event, which is irritating.
I want to know where this People option came from and from where its taking the data and why the hell cant i see the Gmail contacts birthdays through the "Contacts Birthday's and Events" option??? :crying:
Hi! After last update to 4.4.2 i lost calendar widget function. Now it says "no upcoming calendar events" even my calendar is full of events (birthdays, holidays,etc...). I cleared data in calendar app and calendar sync, but still nothing. Any ideas?
