I know this is a silly question but as I know framework.jar inteprets apks, so if we manage to port ICS framework to GB that may increase stability.
So, is that possible?

It's possible to make ICS smooth!
Just Delete some features that use Much Ram
like Animation
Face Unlock, a facial recognition service
Etc.
Edit:Our Gpu is Supported (Adreno 200)
And we call it
4.x Ice Cream Sandwich Lite

Do yourself a conclusion...

That´s not the same thing.
android 4.0 requires (AFAIK) ARMv7.
So, someone will have to port it, or you can use ICS theme by AChep
read this. http://www.androidmemo.com/2011/10/...-ics-minimum-hardware-requirements-256mb-ram/
armv6 processor wont be a problem at all.ram will be.

Faced that problem ...
Open app settings in xposed and set systemui.apk dpi to 80-100 whichever suits best and reboot ...
Or you could wait till I add that feature in aoxp....

Basically, you can't. If you need Tablet mode in AOSP, you need to unlock it (search it at PA Porting Guide).

CHANGE ro.sf.lcd_density to 128 if display is 480x854 (earlier density 240) and 192 if earlier lcd_density was 320 .. i know coz im using stock ics n dis gives me complete tablet ui.. all apps in tablet mode, though some apps would need increased dpi dat u can get using app settings
See the date of thread man.its an year old.
By the way galaxy mini as default density of 120
