[Port][ROM] Ihero -(re-continue soon!)-

OK, as i and heacatae talked about the Ihero port we came up to that were trying to port a CDMA verision to GSM, wich will make it harder to get the gsm to work (as the libs, is not located anywhere)
(P.S, Anyone know where CM7 2.3.2 Verision is, as the rom is based ony 2.3.2 we need 2.3.2 lib files)

its based on CM7 from htc imagic/ihero, i think its based on CM7 aswell

yes it is based on CM7, wich is heavly moded, as this is from a port, from a port, from a port,
everything wont work as of now, but its at least much thing that does not work
its a port to start with xP

no that is a p500 rom and has color issues! u have to modify carlosrom cuz thats the only that works for it.

Just flashed the ROM and the first thing that came to my mind was .... WOW !!!!
It has a lot of bugs, but I,m confident that SWEATTAIMI will be able to squash them and deliver us a working version.

HOW TO INSTALL/FALSH
-go to CWM recovery
-this rom need full wipe/FORMAT SYSTEM AND DATA
-after all done full wipe/format system and data FLASH THIS ROM
-DONE
EDIT-after install this rom wait until 3 minute to reboot

Why FR? You did great works... Need more challenge right? Then may be Zuk or elol can be give you another idea...
For the short... my idea is work together with Nitin to make a new soul of miui with .35 kernel... (Wondering if I can play with it everyday... )
And for the long... miui ICS which already "kick off" by ardX and Zuk...

is cool mate if you get use new kernal .35 for rom miui,i have already tried it but not lucky....anyway for this rom next update i want to use kernal .35 and i already tried it and i get boot, but cant get signal line and give the reboot every minute..

Not an issue .... if some one else uploaded it then its ok unless check next time when you will update thsi ROM.

(ROM) (PRO) Ported Arconium 8.2 and Arconium ICS V4.0

Hi, I was able to port the Arconium to our device. I thought of sharing them with other Xperia Pro users.
Gingerbread, please read Arconium 8.2
ICS, please see Arconium ICS 4.0
Kernel, please use Xperia Pro Ultima it has versions for GB and ICS.
Another kernel for ICS is ArcKnight
Before installation, please copy the ROM ZIP file to SDCARD.
GB download
ICS download
Installation:
1. flash the proper kernel version for the ROM version that you wish to flash. (i.e. GB kernel for Arconium 8.2 and ICS kernel for Arconium ICS V4). Please use the latest versions.
2. boot into CWM recovery
3. factory reset, wipe cache partition and wipe dalvik cache.
4. install zip from SD card
5. reboot
Note for ICS, in AROMA installer you may select either ARC or ARC S, i did not edit AROMA script (mainly because i do not know exactly what i was doing LOL)

it looks like the orginal ICS but with bloat removed more or less.
Been running it for a day now and haven't had any problems at all.

based on its changelog on the original thread, battery life has been improved.
give it a shot and let us know how it works for you

I would just like to post here to say thanks for this nice port!
Thought still not as fast as GB, this is really fast and stable. The moment I started up the phone, I can already feel that it is faster than stock ICS.
I haven't found any bugs yet. With Arconium + O/C + Link2SD, I believe I am going to stay with this ROM for a long while.
Edit: forgot to mention that I am using Riyal's kernel, thanks to Riyal too!

since this is a stock-based rom, you could use it with stock kernel.
so long as you have CWM to flash it.

Super fast. I was excited to get poker's stock rooted but this is even better with his addons. Beauty of the stock with the speed and flexibility of a rooted custom.

Can i just flash the rom or do i have to flash the kernel first and the this awesome rom.

Kernel is installed on first flash. If your coming from cm wipe system before flashing too.

Then this will be my new Rom when i get home from work, love the stock look, but hated the lag.

If it works on stock it should still work on this.

I am also working on a kernel, it works good but can't find the Wifi module in the sources, Tried the cfg80211.ko file but it wont work.
Does anyone know where to find it in the newest Sony source code after compiling?
