If you made a backup of the stock boot,recovery and system partitions, you can restore them pretty easily. Go to this thread and follow the instructions in step 2 to restore your tablet.

Download Kindle fire first aide and when in the menu use the option that says Kindle fire HD 7 And then click on restore KFHD7 to 7.2.3 and then it should update itself via OTA updates to 7.4.6

You can download it in the KFHD7" General Forum. It's something like "[Root] [HowTo] Backup & Recovery" or something to that effect. If you have TWRP, though, you can download a flashable version of 7.4.3 from the HD 7" Development section. It's pre-rooted and has OTA updates disabled.
