Guessing the answer to the OP question (without rooting) is yet to be answered?
Well, there's Volume+. I have used it on CM10 and on stock 4.0.4 (before XXLRT, which improved the sound very much that I don't even use Volume+ anymore).
Try Speaker Boost (https://play.google.com/store/apps/...m1vYmkub21lZ2FjZW50YXVyaS5TcGVha2VyQm9vc3QiXQ..) dude... I'm using it and I can say, it sometimes tears my eardrum apart when I use this app to play music on my phone.

I just noticed that my rams are 800 not 1000.. Aint it supposed to be 1000?? any one have the same issue? ? ( see ur ram from task manager>> ram )

the other 200 MB of "rams" are being used by your system. They are there, but the system won't show them. I'm pretty sure this has been discussed. It's the same on the i717. It will show less.

I am currently using samsung galaxy ace s5830, and have downloaded several games, including gangstar and nova. These games work fine until it says that they unexpectadly close, and I have no reason why. I am low on internal memory and have tried installing that app int2ext to free up some internal memory space, I dont know if this is the reason why or not.
106mb available on internal sotrage 2.8gb on sdcard.
android version 4.1.1
baseband version s5830xwkpa
cpu armv6-compatible processor rev 5 (v6l)
cyanogenmod version 10-20121004-unofficial-cooper
kernel version [email protected] #2
Bump

That's not very helpful.. I think its to do with ram as some games work fine; and currently my ram is like 60 percent used with 0 applications running. Anyone know how I can reduce this? If new here if you didn't notice
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda premium
Reduce this by removing apps that use constant services and by removing any launcher you installed
Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda premium
I suggest removing all bloatware...if dat still dsnt work den try flashing a different script lyk d adrenaline engine or supercharger v6...

I am with stock rom ics, with hydracore 7 kernel std. Before I flash the kernel the vibration intensity was fine, after I flashed it's almost imperceptible.
When I used JB stock rom the vibration was great really intense, the sound too. Anyone know if there is some way I can change that?
Another ics kernel for stock rom?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda app-developers app
No you don't need to change the kernels just to change the vibration intensity

If I remember right, this is one of the issue with Hydracore v7..had used this kernel on ICS, but has some issues like camera/video not working etc. May be you can give a try to Maxfu's Hydracore nirvana from here..
I did give a try. But I got a freeze and had to take off the battery to reboot the phone.

Rooting won't cause lagging to your phone. If it's about dialer..yeah. Nothing you can do about it. Many samsung devices with JB have that dialer delay.
