Is this legit? I mean JellyBean for S5830i? Also, I am unable to find the mediafire link in the link you have posted. Honestly, BillionUploads is very hard to navigate through, with so many "DOWNLOAD" buttons.
Without downloading, I can say the following with absolute confidence:
It's themed with a modified build.prop (in other words, it's not a true jellybean).
Also, chrome is themed Maxthon.

Not changeable? I didn't question it at first... but now I'm starting to think you don't know a thing about custom ROMs, and that the ROM isn't yours at all. I might be wrong, but that's the impression I have.
All you need to do in order to change the version (that shows up in properties) is to edit the build.prop file. Hell, I can do it on my device with a root explorer.

Jellybean(4.1.1)?? remove that line. Its just a build.prop edit. D rom is based on Gingerbread. Noobs wil think its real jellybean.

hey tried in many rom to change version by build.prob file by changing commad in it but nothing worked for me somethings gives an error in it while installing

Like GermainZ said, u can edit it using notepad++ on ur computer or using root explorer.

using root explorer seems easier..
Do not just misguide the people. you only merge so notification Widgets pack and the theme and just fool people by changing version no.
Build.prop can be edit in any word editor. But any wrong editing can damage the device.

This is seriously a SCAM xD hahaha as GermainZ and Domnic said it GINGERBREAD it aint JellyBean. He just edited the build prop to say it is 4.1.1 even i can make a rom with a version 5.6.4 or any version i would like to.
Stop saying it´s unofficial jellybean or whatever, it´s themed nothing more nothing less.

It's the crappiest ****ty **** I ever had on my phone....it's one big disappointment! Let's hope for better things for the Note

this rom is for i9220 and so far sammobile only getting leak for n7000..
my advice is better wait for advice from some of the dev to see first the rom if it compatible with n7000 or not.

Yes, correct.. is the first model launch and using that id i9220..
But we need someone with knowledge on rom to see this if it is compatible with n7000 as some user that own i9220 almost brick their device when flashing n7000 firmware..
this rom also need to be flash with odin so most probably you will loose root after flash..
im downloading now.. later will upload to mediafire for other ppl..

Ok all users please remove the DarkyOTA test app that you have currently in your system with some file browser or adb or whatever and download the DarkyOTA app from the market.
I have just made the first theme flashable via OTA.
So first up in the Visuals section of the OTA tab in the DarkyOTA app is the stock Samsung theme.
Please search under OTA/Updates for the text cleaner zip before you use the stock theme.
More Themes to come soon !!

Would anyone be so kind to tell me how to restore Swype?
Although I tried installing the beta version available on the Swype website it doesn't look as before... It has some horrible "theme" and keys with such s ridiculously small size they become unusable.
I actually saw some reference to it in DarkyOTA's DarkyROM section [new, updated one as suggested] but I just couldn't figure out what it was for or how to use it.
Please help...

use sg2toext4.jar to convert the .img file to ext4(generally factory.img contains the framework and app) and then use the disk linux reader tool and mount the img file which you converted using the sg2toext4. Once it is mounted, then you can double click on mounted icon and then select save to folder.
another solution is to use dsixda kitchen to extract the files!

Unfortunatelly as i saw a little from these you told me, to run it correctly it needs some reading...
And i don't have the time right now ...
So i will wait if someone could upload the 2 folders with apks to theme it...
Recently there's some request for SNS Integration in Samsung Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102 Contacts,
and Samsung Social Hub that some Custom ROM for our phone didn't yet support.
And I've been searching too for Twitter and Facebook Integration, that stock ROM supports.
So I revert to stock ROM, copy my framework files and deodexed it myself
After I deodexed it, I used Millan.SIS gtalk.zip to make my own flashable files
It's been tested by me, and so far it's working on my device with my phone specification below

Nope, it doesn't. If you want just backup samsung apps via titanium backup when you're on stock rom,
then restore it, because it's already deodexed..

Working S Voice on SGM, Cm10 Jelly Bean TheWhisp and Rohan007,
thanks to them for fixing the voice search etc.
Even though we didn't get fully working google now voice search, but we still have s voice
thanks to Wanam for S Voice for non S3 device
if you want S Voice on your device, you must delete some of the applications which is you think not really important to you, then you can have it
method :
okay this is the final solution, you dont have to delete as much as u can to free system space,
what i deleted on my system/app is, CMWallpaper and on system/media is boot animation, thats all, and you will get more free space
flash the gapps from me

do not flash it, just push it to system/app Samsungtts.apk and voicetalk.apk
dont forget to change the permission to rw--r--r--
**same goes to the lib folder, copy all 4 files paste to system/lib and set permission to rw--r-r--
reboot

i guess u must know the command to make it works,
and i have some problem right now, which is, i need to inspect more, which lib source from the s voice downloaded zip is not important, so that you guys no need to delete more an more applications, but for now, i only have this ( attachment below, from browser to phone apps, google store and the s voice and settings, the others it downloaded from store) as my default apps, u must have around 30mb above free in your system, give me sometimes, to make the flash zip file, i will try to help you guys, i am not that expert, but i'll try to help

and try using Apex Launcher for a while, while waiting the original launcher to be fix

LatinIME of JB has many new features, check out on google, so if u dont want it u can replace with urs one

Wow Wanam S voice is so big
Some functions does no work because it needs s3 touchwizz...
It works fine just by installing apk on CM10, but on ICS never got it working

but for asphalt 7 we need a symlink so that "sdcard0" appear as "sdcard" and im working on it with the master xonar_
this fix is just an orignal binary file of sd card takes from earlier version of android and it was modded thanks to "jnr21" for all jelly beans
and i modded it a bit so it can work flawlessly
for the fix use it on "jelly bean" ONLY and Do davlik wipe and partition cache wipe before flashing
now i need help from devs to change the name of sdcard !

we need to modify the ramdisk so sd card is named "sdcard" instead of "sdcard0",, there is a zip here contains all the files we need to mod
framework-res.apk,boot.img,vold.config,vold.fstab ,,, these files are takes from the latest cm10 nightly

I decompile and compile boot.img and edited the files with 'sdcard0' to 'sdcard'.

vold.fstab is in /system/etc
I don't know what vold.conf does. It was used in android 1.6 to 2.1 and I'm not sure why it's still there, but it's also in /system/etc

Hmmm, are you sure that the cause of the SOD is the sdcard0 ?
