E. g Cm9 is android 4.0.4. Some features are: Root? , Over Power Cpu... . I think it is the best free, stable rom.

cm9 was perfect, awesome rom and great batterylife
right now i am testing cm10, so far its okay (bad battery life and some smaller bugs)
I have to throw in my 2 cents. Last night I flashed CM9 for the first time and honestly its gonna be a cold day in hell before I change again. I love this ROM!!!!!

Let's put it this way, there isn't any best ICS ROM, all have their own benefits/drawbacks. My preference is MiniCM9 though.

Latest PA ROM is far more stable than its previous versions give it a try..

I loved the ls 7 , that would be Rocket rom v 3 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1953847
created kinda history at xda
if you search around many innovative mods were available for it around the forums. great kernel by Phill for it. I subsisted on one and only flash for it. with lsa I did two flashes.
you can compare it with lsa later.
