maybe its room related problem because i tested the theme with SGS3 CM10 Nova Launcher and its working fine

can i know which version of aokp and on which phone your trying to use because im tried with AOKP V4 with my GS3 its working fine
Galaxy Nexus with AOKP Build 4 and Nova Launcher Prime 1.3.1
Edit: i have try with my Nexus 7 (rom stock + Nova) and same problem, don't work.

Touchwiz UX needs stock ICS to work. Only for those phones with official stock ICS release. For the mini? nah.. maybe in the near future..

Its workig great to others. I think its nt compatible with cm10. U can install the ported one for ics.

Because some of cm12.1 themes have also luckily support for cm13,
While the others only make and infinite system ui fc
But I will test this theme if it is going to work with cm13
