2. Go to CWM
3. Wipe data and cache
4. Instal zip from SDcard , choose regina v1
5. Reboot
6. After Finish scanning SDcard , reboot again

The wallpaper is not a home screen wallpaper, but it's stored inside framework-res.apk. To change it, we must open the apk and change the pic. One of forum members develops a windows based theme editor for Regina apks.
Is it possible to upload ReginaV1 ROM to another filehosting site?
I'm having trouble to download it from mediafire. V2 was ok but getting V1 is impossible, It won't start or when it starts, the speed goes lesser and lesser.. from 15KB/s to 1,3KB/s..... V2 came ~300KB/s.

on regina settings there is still the same background
wifi icon still this butterfly thingy
lockscreen always transparent even if you set a wallpaper
on many occasions the status bar is not black (for example on market) (solved)
and can you get the toggles back on top and the notification panel just black(not transparent) plz?

the only thing that keeps me away from AOSP/AOKP roms is the facebook contacts and calendar sync, if there is a workaround for this i would download this rom now...had it before and liked it a lot...

Had some time to play with this now - without doubt the fastest rom I've had on the note so far.
I experienced lots of sod's on 2.2 hopefully this will fix it, however I'm becoming convinced that sod's are due to certain installed app's. Not sure which ones yet but working on it.

5. Reboot

6. DONE AND ENJOY YOUR NEW STATUSBAR
B] Activate Weather on Toggle bar[Thanks to Winterfoxy coz I don't have time to write this again from phone]
1 ) Make sure u have dcsms weather app in system/app.
2 ) get the key api from http://www.wunderground.com/weather/api/
3) save the api key then open dcsms weather conf
3 ) type and find your city
4 ) it will ask for the key provide it
5 ) after 2-5 sec again click the search icon
6 ) yeah ! done ....now play around with the layout..!!
C] How to Use Dcsms Dummy Weather.
1. Open dcsms dummy and enter ur city name.
2. If found press weather update if not use Dcsms weather. Instructions B]
3. Then make changes as u want.
Maybe u need to reboot to see weather in statusbar.

If any gets fc or is stuck at splash screen. Plz do the following..
1. Open the downloaded zip in winrar or 7zip in pc and go in system/app and see whether u have lidroid-res.apk in it.
And if ur Rom has swipe to remove the delete the framework.jar file from system/framework and then try flashing..

there are already many good mods by Evan locked but if u want I will try. Giveme ur systemui which has lidroid toggles coding done sorry I am bad at that. Leave others to me..
And can I ask for help.
Download my zip and extract lidroid-res apk from it. Can u plz change the name at reboot options from "ICS FUSION" TO "ReeBooT OptionS" plz. I failed many times..

V-1 MINOR ISSUES
1. After 1st boot lightning launcher force closes. Dont worry, it will be 1st and last FC
2. For best performance and speed, DO NOT FLASH GAPPS. Install gapps like normal apk's. This saves lot of space in system partition
V-2 BUGS
1. The status bar clock and softbuttons disappear on status bar after a reboot .
So here's a simple workaround, till i find out why its happening. Ok so to avoid the issue, before doing a reboot, just disable softbuttons. Then reboot.

Reboot to recovery
MUST wipe data, dalvik-cache, system, sdext before and after flash
Flash the ROM and wait for the installation to finish
Optional: wipe battery status and reboot recovery (quick calibrate)

if u dint follow flashing instructions, then all u get is a boot loop..lol
Guys please b4 post re try to flash the rom... It worked fine since the first boot for me -.- for move apps to sd just read my previous post... The only thing missing in this rom in my opinion is dsp manager hope you will include it... For now i installed apk and libs manually keep up the job man you awesome

I just try your ROM, my suggestion:
- Plz add a couple of ringtone and notification
- Reduce soft-buttons, they occupy lot of space in status bar.
- If you guys havent flashed gapp, don't add account or you'll get reboot.
P/S: This ROM really fast, i must try more to discover.

1. u can do it urself if u want...but i want to keep my rom real slim and fast, occupy very less internal mem and RAM :good:
2. soft button size depends on the theme u use :good:
3. dont know wat's causing dat maybe try wipe data, cache then again install gapps...

It contains ALL of the Jelly design. I liked it! Oh, and I will send you my files, since your theme makes my phone a little bit confusing...
PS: Use Holo Launcher. It's a good, light and ICS-Native like launcher. I use a LG UI 3.0 icon pack... I LOVE IT! <3

Holo Launcher sucks I try it many times but it's not like Go Launcher it's don't have the same effects and when you enter app drawer you face no effect but in Go Launcher have all effect you need and much more :angel:

Go launcher is laggy and its using more RAM... Launcher pro is old launcher but is lite(uses less RAM) and is snappy..
Our XT615 also has a JB-Theme and theres a much smoother launcher.
ADW Launcher is ultimative smooth and very less lags.
Try it and you will notice the difference
BTW: I could right a updater-script for you thats more comfortable. E.g. including:
- wiping (dalvik-)cache
- deleting the mentioned files
- installing Launcher

man just use V6 SuperCahrger Script (search for it) and u will see ur GoLauncher very lite & snappy as u say!

The Swipe To Remove Mod is also Active for those who are lazy to read their notifications :laugh:
The Extended Power Menu was also modified to have Screenshot, Reboot, and Recovery Optons so you can manage to take screenshots, reboot, or go to recovery easily by just pressing the power button
And the last screenshot to be presented is the wallpaper gallery .. From there , you can now Swim on many Real Xperia Wallpapers.. choose what you want and set it either as Homescreen Wallpaper or lockscreen Wallpaper

HOW TO FLASH???
We deleted the applications and files that will make firmware compatibilities .. This means that you can flash the rom on any firmware you want ..
Reflash your current firmware via ODIN Software ..
Take a Reset Factory Settings - This is optional .. but will have you the best of HydroPeria
After Media Scanning Completed , Go to RECOVERY MODE
Then flash the Rom on it .. (NOT ON CWM .. but i think you can) I just used Recovery mode whenever i flash the rom
After Recovery Says, "Complete" , wipe your data and cache ..
Then Restart
Enjoy!
NO MORE ROOTING AND DEODEXING PROCEDURE!!!!!!!

im brand new
been running with my beloved galaxy note for 2 years now. it finally got stolen(living in south africa and all) and now i downgraded to the pocket. so far i think this is the best rom ive seen for the pocket. flashing right now! do u guys have some sort of a list or something of all the roms seeing as theres no dedicated thread? (WEAK!!)
i love it! okay just a few things.
i struggled to add more thatn one google account. had to restart the phone after each account in order to get the add account button to respond in settings
i seem to have extremely bad reception, was on HYPERION1 before this and signal quality was superb. now after flashing and upgrading to this rom(v2) i have very weak signal. is there a radio change of some sorts between the 2 roms?
