How to export Firefox bookmarks to a html file

Hi, I know that is not exclusively note related, but since I have one, I didn't know where else to ask.
I been looking for some apps for this but with no luck.
Now, more precisely what I really want is to export my Firefox bookmarks in my note to my PC.
I have Firefoxsync, but I lost my recovery password, and it seems that you can not export from android to pc. The only option is to ask for a new password but that will erase all the information I have.
I hope you guys could help me.

open the bookmarks url in firefox copy them and save them in chrome and now open chrome in pc and whoa you get them there to
