Hey guys, I was just wondering if the incremental percentage in the status bar can be turned off... I know if I get this phone, I'm going to keep staring at it and drive myself crazy.
There isn't seem to an option in setting for this. Waiting for costum Rom.

Hello all. Trying to figure out why my battery left app says its 100% accurate but on my lock screen it will say 75% left there, and 56% left on the app. Are there any free or paid apps that are more accurate yet not giant Widgets? I'd like something that will tell me in time how many hours are left so when I tweak things I can find an improvement or regression in the tweaks.

Hey guys, I am running CM10 by Maclaw with Nims' Kernel. Today while charging my phone I saw that my battery percentage in the status bar went to 103%. Has anyone ever seen this happen to them or know why it has happened? I have a screenshot as proof of said problem.

Hello there
So is there a way to hide the battery icon on top, that doesn't involve rooting?
Thanks!

With trickdroid or Viper (it will arrive soon), you can hide your battery icon.
So, it's possible
So I ' am an owner of Sony Xperia Z and there are some threads about this theme but nothink straight said.I would be grateful when someone
could tell me if I use pure blackscreen wallpaper or just the darker theme is it going to affect the battery? In a positive way. Looking foward
for šime helpful answers thanks, also if anyone knows good battery saver app would be great when you could share link or name. Thanks.
Dark themes are useful for amoled display that's what i know.

A dark colored theme or a pure black wallpaper won't save battery. In an LCD screen, the backlight consumes the most power (to my knowledge).so whether its black white blue red it should be the same. In an amoled display the battery gain is sizeable.
What will save battery life is screen brightness..so try keeping it lower as that makes a huge difference..
I use battery guru by Qualcomm(Xperia Z's chipset manufacturer), I don't have figures to quote but it increased my battery life by a lot since I have been using it..and it's icon can be hidden and it's very simple to use..and doesn't annoy with spam.

Is it spamming but? like notifictions and stuff?
Also btw I can really copy paste from you for my brightness management though after 4.2.2 I am switching to just the brightness toggle keeping automatic always on..and manually going max low at night.

hmmm
Okay I download that guru by Qualcomm and I got interested in it never heard of it but I got dissapointed the fact it has to know my location for
3days and I gotta have wifi enabled all that time than he actually starts saving battery I don't think I'll
Stick with it

No that never happened with me.:S
Just switch WiFi off, it's ridiculous if the app is asking for that :/
It's has the manage wifi feature which automagically switches from 3g to wifi say when you reach home.
But you can always manually turn wifi off.
Infact I turned that feature off.
Here's screenshots of my settings.

Just an unimportant random question. Since updating to latest ota I notice that my battery icon on the status bar sometimes switches from being in a laying down horizontal position to an upright vertical position. Just really weird I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed and might know the purpose to this. I am on latest viper but I believe I also saw it happen on stock rom.

Never saw that myself when using insertcoin. Could it be a mod or something you enabled in viper?

To solve this problem apply a battery theme from Venom Hub.
Go to Venom Hub -> Themes for Status bar -> Battery

Top picture is normal position and bottop picture is upright. It only happens once in a while randomly and it doesn't last long it switches back minutes after.

This is a known bug of Viperone and happens when the battery reaches 40 or 41%.
As said earlier: apply battery theme from venom hub. A correct stock battery without this bug can be found here.
Cool stuff I didn't rralize it was an actual ViperOne bug. Thanks.
