Hi i am using the razodroid rom bcause its quite stable and i find it good.there is no bug in the rom but it donot support live wallpaper.why?is there any fix?

Extract livewallpaper.apk from any S5830i rom.zip file in system/app, I think MindCr Rom v2.1 has it. Then use any root file explorer and copy de livewallpaper.apk in system/app, put the permissions to rw-r--r-- and then reboot

Now i have a new question how can i overclock my cpu.i m currently using ur kernel but it doesnt overclock my cpu from 832(default).i want about 1ghz or little less.

Hey bro i flashed my s5830i today with ACECREAM rom and i could overclock my cpu to 1.2 ghz....but i didnt lykd its looks so could u extract the kernal...

Yes but this kernel seems to have some bugs, and even I don't know how to extract the kernel, ask Rafael Beaugis, his the creator of the kernel

Check 2nd link in my sig, you will find old TW launcher in mod #30 and modified new launcher in mod #26. If you are already using new stock launcher then lib file for old TWL not required. but make sure to install custom launcher before doing anything.

#30 is the old TW3 launcher found in older roms, #26 is the LRQ/LR9/S3 launcher but slightly modified. Choose what you like.

It should work (I am using it on LR9), check post #9 of this thread and download the deodexed .apk instead of the odex one, and check post #10 and #12 for instructions

I used it on stoke deodex rom XXLF3...i dn't knw whetr it will work on custom roms but u can try if you want...Dn't forget to backup the SystemUI.apk.

Tried INT2EXT but aps get forced to close.Is it because Link2sd ?
Edit : I fixed the force to close problem by Deleting mountsd script and link2sd script and wiping dalvik cache.
it is happen to me too... but hen im ready deleted the other script.. i cannot install any apps anymore

There is no such problem in kernel, i can power off and power on without any problem....check your rom or he must have flashed something.

My rom has only few things replaced
1. Framework.jar + framework res.apk
2. Tw framework
3.themed apps
4. Custom media files(like bootanim)
I dont think any of them could be responsible for such problem

Fyi, i am using my own compiled rom and i daily power it off to replace battery(i have two batteries with me)..never encountered that bug, it boots properly and i often change sim, never had that problem. I have tested it now too, no problem with kernel.
