No its not possible yet!
Why not? I saw a post where they have ported the music.apk to the SGS2.

no u can't .....it requires touchwiz framework to work properly so its quite impossible
So then why is it possible to port it to the SGS2?

Nope.Some s2 devs whoose favourite roms are offical touchwizzed ones working hard to port it.
You can do it too.You need to decompile both twframework-res.apk (i9000 one and 9300 one)
and work hard for it.Changing values editing .xmls....

As long as there is no rom to download, there is no need for this thread. OP can contact mods to reopen when/if he should have a rom ready for release.

There's a thread by samron. But currently there are only 2 themes for it, miui & jb. If you want the link, I can search it for you.

Try google store
The launcher itself isn't available on play. Don't expect it's themes to be. Hang on, I'll give you the link.

Is it not the same "TouchWiz NatureUX V3 FINAL RELEASE!! "?
It looks like this. But i`m not sure. I have seen TW 5 in Android Development section. But

I reckon you can just grab the /system/app directory, chuck it into a CM10.1 base ROM and have everything work.
