I have s3 mini (i8200L) , and I wanna know if exist some cyanogem rom to this version, or some kind of install or switch Firmware.
Someone can help with this ? Please ?

There aren't any Custom ROMs available for the GT-I8200 yet.
Please search through the forum and you may find the answer to most of your questions. Yours has been answered recently
