I got a 12000mAh powerstation for charging my Nexus 7. So far, so good. The problem I have is that the micro usb connector is broken. Does somebody know where I can buy a new one? I already googled and searching on Ebay, but the point is, I don't know what the name of the connector is. One side is micro usb but what is the other side calling? So, I'm looking for the one on picture 1 and picture 2.

It is for use with the cable on the far right.
Replacement parts are really hard to find for those kind of chargers. There are a lot of brands that use the same type adapter... consider finding a cheap one to steal the adapter from....or better yet just make your own.... grab and old USB micro cable and hardwire it right to the thing on the right of the picture. ( that's what I would do.)

Ahoy!
I am looking for a way to use HDMI output AND a keyboard at the same time.
When i see it correct, the keyboard dock has an output of the same size as the tab itself. Do you know where to get or how to make a connector that will connect the female output on the keyboard with the male input of the hdmi, chargin, etc. dock?
Maybe i would have to take away the power of the hdmi dock of course...

The local store told me the input on the keyboard is for charging!? Can somebody please confirm/deny this? I think that can't be true. It's the most stupid place for the main cable. The cable would always bend to a sharp angle.

Really though, can anyone recommend a dock that charges via mains and not dependant on usb? preferably around £15 / $22is?
I've looked at the ones already posted, they all seem to be usb though.

ill just stick my charger in! cant really go wrong for £6.50.... unless my phone explodes - ill update thread when it comes!
i dont think the first one is for the inc s. the phone has to fit in horizontally and i dont think it does.
i bought the one from kidigi wich is about 13€ but looks very nice.
I am planning to install wireless charging in IncS.
I would need some advice from experts in order to move forward.
On going through various forums on internet, i came across a small difference between the HTC Droid Incredible 2(Which supports wireless charging) and IncS.

There are 4 small contact points on both the motherboards(Marked and circled in the pic). But on INcredible 2 there is a small plate soldered on those. Whereas, on INcS there is no such thing. I mean there is no way a Qi compatible charger receiver can touch the motherboard.
My question now is that should I get this thing soldered on IncS motherboard or do I need to do something else also?
Hey everyone..
I tired to install a new micro usb port on my HD kindle fire 7'' '' Big Mistake '' though I have some soldering skill, this was crazy.. It seem like the solder they used was made steel and it didn't want to desolder.. I tried dipping solder wick in flux.. I got it off, but when doing so, I removed 2 solder pads and ripped another one..
The pads I remove are from the 4 pin to the usb port. I will post pictures.. I was wondering if someone can help me find where I can trace the pins to. Or share a way I can fix the pads themselves..
Please help...

Please look at picture and show me on the picture where I can trace to.. please
I've been tracking this cable since I first saw them on Kickstarter and got a pack today. The idea here is that this micro USB cable is reversible just like the USB "C" type. Basically there's no more flipping it over and back and then back again to get it to plug in. The way the micro USB cable should have been designed from the start. The best part is that "fast charging" feature still works with the cable plugged in to the stock Samsumg charging base. I just confirmed this on my Tmob S6 Edge.
Also cable works just fine with Spigen Neo Hybrid Series case.

You can buy znaps also if you don't mind waiting a little bit.
