Hi.

I try add it into gmail account i was syctonized with my phone but add only names WITHOUT the phones so....

So please help me.
A LOT OF THANKS.

Hey i had that problem last year when a got my Sammy Ace . Just conect your Nokia to Pc suite via usb or bt. Go to phonebook select all names right click and there is an option to save all contact files. Save it and just put it in your Ace then extract

I don't understand.
Yoy simply tallied me that i check all my contacts at nokia and send it via bluetooth to the galaxy ace mobile?
If i do that then it asked me for every contact what do to with it so it is a lot of contacts to tell it manually what to do with every one contact....

no need of such tedious methods
just log in to your gmail account from pc
go to contacts, and then import all your csv contacts to your gmail account
then add the google account in your phone and all the contacts will be synced
PS: edit the csv file as you need before uploading, i used a youtube video to help me out

I have the vcf file and i want to add it all together to my gmail i have syncronized with my android mobile or a program that can convert GREEK vcf files into one and only csv to add it to my gmail.
Is there any that kind of windows program?
A lot of thanks.

[Q] Import Contacts from CSV

Good day folks!
Is there any app available for importing contacts saved in a CSV file?
I recently exported my contacts to Outlook using HTC sync prior to S-OFFing.
I had also used a crappy backup tool which completely failed to restore anything
(in case you wanto know the fauly app was Backup Master, stay away)
Well, now i have the contacts in a CSV file on my SD card and i want to import the contacts to my phone book.
Tried the import through Gmail option (which i am not very keen on doing.. for obvious reasons), but even having that as a last option does not hyelp as the 'import' button does not appear in my gmail account on the mobile.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks
You could log into you gmail account on a pc, then import the contacts csv, then sync your phone contacts with your gmail account
Doing it through GMail would really be the best option
well, i did not wanto use google...
not sure if i want to voluntarily give up all my contacts...
though am quite certain they have it anyways
for anyone who may have this issue, this is what i did...
the contacts were saved in outlook...
i exported all the contacts in .vcf format to a directory on the SD card.
the stock contacts app provides an option to import contacts from memory card...
that's about it...

[Q] how i import VCF Contacts from computer to WP7 ?!

how i import VCF Contacts from computer to WP7 ?!

I guess you have a live account added to your phone. so just go on your web browser on your pc to your live account and go contacts import. than click import from pc find your vcf and done your contacts are going to be synced automatically after you sync your account on your phone again
when i try to import vcf files it says " Internal error importing file "

[Q] How to move calender, notes and more from nokia 6110 to SGA+?

Hi there, my friends Nokia 6110 Navigator is broken and he can't use the keypad, but we can use OVI Suite and we have made a total backup in .nbu format and copied the contens of both phone memory and mem card to his pc. Besides that we have copied all contacts to his pc in .csv format and one .txt file.
He has bought an Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, where we like to transfer all his data to, that includes Calender entries, notes, Personal SMS folders(like home, work, business), and so on.
The question is how to do it.
I know Kies has an option for importing data from an backup file like the .nbu file, but will it import his calender entries into Google calender, and will it import his notes and SMS folders?
Is there any other kind of software i ought to use?
Hope someone can answer this
With kind regards
JBJ
Moderator: it would be nice if the SGA+ had its own forum, just like the old SGA has Hope you will consider this

ANDROID TO NOKIA 2013
1) have your android sync contacts to Gmail, and nokia pc suite installed and nbuexplorer_v2.6.zip
2) go to gmail / contacts / select all contacts / export
3) select (i used “the group” not all contacts), and select format: “vcard”, click export, the file (contact.vcf) is created
4) open nbuexplorer and drag the contact.vcf file (yes drag and drop)
5) right click on contacts, export, select a folder, a lot of vcf files are created (for each contact)
6) open nokia suite or pc suite, plug your nokia in ovi mode, or pc suite mode, let it sync, install support, etc.
7) go to contacts, file, import, then select all the vcf files created, (yes all of them)
8) let it sync the phone, that is it, you have all your android contacts in nokia, even contacts with pics

"nokia pc suite"
You'll have to sync your contacts on your android phone..
After that there are two ways to send contacts..
1. Send your contacts using Share via Bluetooth option in the Contacts app itself..
Or
2. Copy all your contacts to your sim card and then place the sim card in the other phone and retrieve them.
What a bunch of morons here. Export contacts to your SIM card & use this SIM in the Nokia phone. That's all. Of course, some numbers might be lost.

[Q] How to import contacts, sms with no cloud

Im desperate, i already spent two days to find a way how to import contacts to my lumia 520 with WP8 without using any cloud service like live, hotmail, google, etc. I had a diamond 2 with WM 6.5. I got my screen broken, only what i was able to do - syncing contacts with my computer. Now i have all the contacts in outlook, but i find no way how to import contacts to WP8 with no cloud. Pls. help. If there is a way how to import sms - ill be most happy man on that month
If you have WM 6.5 you can save/export contacts to vCard (*.vcf format) and copy to SD card. Next, you have to install Transfer my data and via this app you can import contacts from SD card.
With this aplication you can too transfer your contacts via bluetooth from your old phone.

I have no access to my old phone anymore. With broken display i have only outlook to be used as a source. Anyway, Transfer My Data app is working with bluetooth, no possibility to access SD card, which is in my case not a solution. Thanks for you effort.

Ok, here is the idea - is it possible to save VCF file to SD card on my laptop and use the laptop as source "mobile phone" via the application? On my laptop i have W7.
Im really getting angry on Microsoft. They always have to screw it up - they are so desperate for our private data.

Export your contacts from Outlook as a CSV. Then you can use Yahoo or Hotmail to import the CSV file. If it has the option to select CSV from Outlook make sure to use that option. It makes a difference if they specify. Whichever account you use you may want to clean your contact list because they will all be mixed in together. What I did was created a second Hotmail account and used that as my WP8 ID and for all of my MS Live account access. Imported my CSV file to that Hotmail account, then setup that Hotmail account on the phone contact list and everything imported in a few minutes. Hope it works for you as well as for me. I really prefer to use ATT address book but it wont work on my unlocked unbraded 520. If you can get ATT address book to work then that is by far an easier way. Login to https://addressbook.att.net/ and setup your account. I'm making the assumption that you have ATT as your provider. Once logged in and setup, import the CSV file there. Then open ATT address book app on your phone. Also set it up as your contact list in settings.
One other possible option: WP can import contacts from the SIM. SIM cards tend to only be able to store a really small number of contacts at once, so it may take several rounds of storing and importing, but it's a think you could try. If your old phone isn't currently usable for this, you could try having it done at a carrier store; they usually have the tools.
By the way, if you're so paranoid about privacy that you don't want MS to even know who is in your contacts list and/or you don't trust their privacy policies, I'm not sure that any modern smartphone is really going to work for you. A completely rooted Android phone with a modified, custom-built ROM, perhaps? All the major smartphone OS vendors use "cloud" synching for things like contacts.
Thanks for help
all of you guys. At the end i spent yesterday 3 hours to manually do that. I export all the contacts and sent them as vcf. Then i received e-mail to my Lumia 520, and one after one - it takes 4 clicks for one contact - added to my contact list. I had like 580 contacts - at least, after few years i delete some of them
Once again - BIG THANKS for your effort!!
Now the second part of the question - as im going to order new digitizer for my loved diamond 2 - how to export/import sms from WM6.5 to WP8 with no cloud?
