I am desperate for the case mate pop case white/grey, (or black version)but I live in England, and it looks like I can't buy it as it is only available at At&t shops, does anyone have this for sale,I can pay through pay pal, or does anyone have any links,

This case must be hard to find. I had a 3 week old one i sold on ebay last week and it went for $41....the case was only $38 in stores. Its a really nice case. Feels really good in the hand. Hi all,
Just wanted to chime in on this case. The protection is great and the side grips make the feel more solid as opposed to slippery. The extended rubber on the face helps when it is facedown or when it potentially drops so it's not flush against the floor/table. My only beef is that the kickstand rubber part has come loose so i'm not sure how durable that part is, it's not that much of a hassle as I can still manage to prop it up but I'm afraid it will eventually break off.
Most complaints are about the difficulty of getting the kickstand out
P.S. all ports are accessible i.e. stylus, charger, headphones, camera, speaker

Whats the matter with case makers these days? Release the case with just 2 colors, one is black the other is white with pink. Its exactly like body glove diamond series... ffs have they ever thought men uses with white case too? Why pink?? Could just use red and that would plays with well with both genders...

Nice looking case but have always had the rubber part warp on every case I had. Evo 4g, evo 3d, and the skyrocket. I ended up using the speck case for my note 2. Even if anything happens to it I can exchange it for free at the att store.

How is the quality of their housing compared to the original one? Would it be anything close to a perfect fitting?

What version and carrier of the note 2 do u have? I've purchased 2 different white housings cuz I purchased the wrong one the first time. They're pretty easy to install if u follow the video posted in this thread (best video to follow). Maybe I could sell u the one I have if it's the one u need (pm me for details).

What version phone do you have, and would the other one not fit? I was thinking about getting an AT&T to put in my Sprint version so I would have the holes for the wireless charging

I've got the N7100. Btw how is the built quality? Sorry to keep asking this question again as I'm looking for the closest match to the original housing in terms of quality. It has to align perfectly when fitted.

For the us tmobile sgh-t889 order the N7105 housing. They have both white and titanium.
For everyone that's wondering where I purchased these I typed in n7100 or n7105 housing on eBay.
***I have a white n7100 housing if u want PM me. Maybe we can arrange something so u don't have to wait for shipping from China.***
Also the build quality is I believe OEM because these phones are manufactured in China and the sellers claim that they are OEM. As long as u purchase the right one its a perfect fit. I'll post pictures soon.

I'll b honest I haven't had the opportunity to see or play with the Sprint version. Aside from the extra hole for the sim card...the difference would depend on the lte antenna (as circled in my previously posted images). Maybe if u opened yours up and took a picture ud b able to do a comparison. I obviously have this extra housing because I didn't catch the difference the first time. It would b nice if it was compatible.

Can't wait to see these! Judging by the available pictures though they both look like they have the white versions silver bezel.
The only reason ud really change out the housing is either for repair or gain charge holes or aesthetically change the color of the bezel. The overall color would be from the screen and battery cover.
The only other reason would b the people who want to see a different color on the inside which nobody would ever see but everyones got their own reasons.

Could u take a look at the pictures I posted earlier and possibly identify which one looks like the one u bought. Obviously I haven't seen the housing for the cdma versions but for gsm there is the 2 versions

Former Note 2 Owners

I am a current Note 2 owner and I love the phone but it has seemed a big oversized lately. I love the S pen and all the features it has but its getting hard to overlook the size thing. Any note 2 owners regret the change? I might attempt trading on craigslist for mine but just wanted some input.

I miss the big screen, but not the overall big size. Too bad you can't have one without the other.
As for the s-pen I never even got around to messing with on the Note II besides I still have a Note 8 if the urge to check it out crops up.

I am a former Note 2 owner and still have the plan was to sell for some of the cost of the S4 but I cant bring my delf to sell it I love how big it is and gaming on it is great as well I love the S4 for sure its a amazing device but its in another level than tha Note 2. I miss the most thw size of it but that is why I got rid of it to as said by others before

seriously if its any bigger than the note 2 might as well just get a Nexus 7 with 3g and turn that into a phone. Note 2 is cool with the S pen and other features cause i really do miss the stylus days from like the HTC Mogul and other phones like that but screens as big as the the S4 its like perfect size and everything. Any bigger and i would go back to the SIII easily.

Screen is brighter. Colors are better.
My hearing sucks and I miss the loudness mods on the Note 2 which helped with the alarm clock in the morning. The S4 hasn't failed to wake me but somehow I don't trust it just yet
Camera is definitely better on the S4 and that's a big plus for me.

Same here...I got this S4 case and it does add some bulk but love how the phone looks and feels in my hand.

missed my note2 when i traded for the s4 , but now there is no going back for...the s4 is so much faster, least it seems to me and the screen to me is much better..yes i miss the size but i never used the s-pen so i dont miss that

I sold my Note 2 for $440 on ebay. It was also mint, spare battery and cheap charging dock. Easily paid for the S4. And as others have said, I miss the screen size but not the phone size. It never really bothered me, but every now and then I'd wish for a slightly smaller phone.
I do like the res bump. The Note 2 seemed a little S2 like to me. I also had an S3 so comparing those two side by side made the Note 2's screen look slightly cartoonish like the S2. It's definitely faster, and just running Shabby's kernel with the frandom mod on the Slim ROM, it's that much quicker.
You can also throw a decent case on it and it still feels a ton smaller than the Note 2. I have an S-Pen with the Ativ, and for taking notes and such, it makes much more sense on a larger screen.
So the more I readjust to a smaller screen, the more I'm confident in my choice. I'd still much prefer a slider and an S3 slider would have me ditch the S4. I much prefer working in Docs To Go with a real keyboard.

I still use my N2 for daily stuff and the S4 atm for dev only.
But.... if it is true I can unlock the SIM and thrown in an overseas one - it will be my main overseas one.

Two days in I've been very happy. I loved the Note2 but trying to carry it at work caused a headache because of the size. I'm figuring I'm more in love with the software and using a single hand :laugh: so everything is great so far.

Can't seem to repair it. .. He really got to the inside. . And I called Samsung and they are telling me they have none available to sell. ..I can't believe it. This may really be it for me and Samsung.
I know it's a long shot but if anyone bought 2 watches and want to help me out, I'll pay.

I got a few friends that work at Verizon and ATT. Let me see if I can get you a OEM charger from a display since they have a special charging kit that came with the demos.

Yeah, seriously. No idea what's going on with them and accessories this time around. International Note 3 out about a month now and no cases, batteries, etc. Willing to bet anyone who bought a Gear would love to pick up a spare charger, ca' maaaann!

I've been searching for a week for a gear charger. It makes no sense not to be able to get an extra. Maybe even a traveling version.

Would be great to see a desktop watch stand/charger that holds it at 45 degree angle.

Try to use original power supply and leftovers from the original charger cradle - or make some adaptation - but be careful not to make any shortcut.
If You see the back back of the watch, with SAMSUNG name visible + is on most right contact (close to "G" letter) minus is second from the left (over the M letter)

Wouldn't say black and red check a usb wire diagram online for the hot and neg wires. Then i would think you could just don't hit other connections.

You have my total sympathies with this. Its absurd for any brand to issue a device that is totally dependent on one part and have that one part not available to the customers for replacement. What are we supposed to do buy another complete watch. I want one to keep in the car and one for the office. Not a chance in hell. I contacted the importer here and there apparently isn't even a part number that can be given to order stock!
You now have a brick! I despair with such short sightedness on the part of a major brand like Samsung.

going to be working on making a magnetic charge/sync cable over the next few weeks. Plans are to have the magnets "lock" to the screws on the back of the watch above the existing sync/charge port.

Still looking for you man. My verizon buddy just laughed and said good luck, but he will keep an eye out. The guy at ATT said that if they get a return he will pull a charger out and say that it wasnt in the box and send it to me.

Both are gr8 phones, and the only difference really comes down to the screen. Internals are the same. The g2 also has ois camera. Bigger curved screen on the flex, but its 720p. Still looks good, and believe it or not, the more runtime, the better it looks. I think the flex runs faster in everyday use, prolly because it does alot less processing for graphics because of the lower resolution ...

I have a G2 and Flex on T-Mobile but I don't think the carrier matters. You can't go wrong with the G2 or Flex but I'm 95% sure I'm selling my G2 and keeping the Flex. The main reason is the Flex battery life very good and it "wow's" me with the curved screen + it just seems a tad faster/smoother. I don't think the resolution difference in screens is as big as deal as people make it out to be. Both screens are sharp. I think the camera's are pretty similar. I will miss the G2 development but I think the Flex will be ok with time. I won't miss the echo bug that most KitKat Roms had with the G2. lol Just depends if you want a big phone or not.
The S5 is coming out soon and the G3 I think is around the corner as well.

Well thanks I think im going to get the flex the only thing that makes me want to get the g2 is that it records in 1080p

I just got the Flex and starting to use to see if it can be my daily driver. So far the screen isn't as bad as some people have stated. However, I'm just on day 2.

I came from the galaxy s3 on att and about the screen. I've noticed a few things that I didn't like about it for instance after texting someone I can still see the keyboard after I've put it away of a few seconds and I'm on day two the girl at the att. Store said if I don't like it I can take it back before. 14 days

That issue should get less pronounced the more u use it, atleast it did on mine. I think its an inherent issue with it being first Gen poled (plastic oled)

I see it going away slowly but surely now I'm thinking about rooting my phone what do y'all think

I've had both. The G2 is awesome in everyway. I had mine with the flex rom for a while. Now i have the real deal. Wont go back. Pick up the G Flex

Both great phones. It's easier to recommend the G2 since its smaller (although a big phone itself).
But it comes down to preference and some compromise. The G2 is excellent, has great battery life, has a great display, has a great camera with OIS, is easier to handle with one hand, has more development, is cheaper.
The Flex is more stylish (in my opinion), has a better battery life, has a curved display, shoots 4k videos and has a self healing back.
On paper the G2 wins to be honest. But the G flex is great cause it is something different with its curved display, is a big phone for those who like big devices and has the best battery life of any phone. It's easier to dislike the G flex than disliking the G2 cause of the 720p and its big size. Me I prefer the G flex cause I love the curve. If this phone wasn't curvy I wouldn't even consider it.

Its what attracted me to it. I loved my note 3 and i thought this phome would be too big. I was wrong. Feels better in the habd than the note 3
