I don't get the question... You definitely can flash .205 zip from .207 just to revert, if that's what you are asking for.
Do we need to add the META-INF.zip file itself to the .zip file we are creating or first extract the META-INF.zip and then add the META-INF folder to the .zip file?

So, after wipes, i flash your 207 zip, super su zip and recovery and i've got root?, or i have to use towelroot?

Cant get into recovery
Hello, and thanks for helping me!
I have the 283. Stock Sony ROM and Stock Sony Kernel. I flashed the recovery for the 283. with command lines in linux. after I flashed it it booted perfectly well except that the LED light doesnt appear. I tried to get into any recovery but it just doesnt work.
Have you got any solution? did it happened to you?

If the boot.img was flashed successfuly then you would definitely see a blue LED and feel a double vibration when rebooting.
Your bootloader needs to be unlocked, you need to be in fastboot mode and you need to use this command

fastboot flash boot boot.img
