Mine has the same policy. All I needed to do was to uninstall Superuser and the mail system no longer detected me as non compliant. Not sure if it will work for you but thought I would throw it out there.

My company does it for the employees in USA too... the application checks for root provides before continuing. If rooted, it stops there else proceeds

My apologies to OP for bring so unhelpful.... Had a crap day yesterday and took it out on someone I'd never met in a forum, pretty childish. I'm not in the habit of doing that and won't repeat it.

Rooting your phone means giving yourself root, or superuser (think...admin) access, giving you access to system files and the ability to change things that normally are marked read only. This allows you to change all kinds of things that normally you wouldn't be able to, along with install custom versions of Android.
. If you root your phone and something happens while the phone is rooted and you go with it to father samm, your warranty is voided, unless you unroot the phone. As for how to root your phone here is a very usefull link with guide on how to root unroot: http://rootgalaxynote.com/
u can customize ur android with rooting ur fone!

You'll be confused by the instructions...
If you do something wrong your note may brick badly.
I recommend you to update your note to ICS via Kies and don't root your note unless you have much knowledge about rooting and flashing ROMs cauz it bears your own risk.

Here is the right thread for that.

You got a 'Thanks' because I hit the wrong button.
You have posted a question in Themes and Apps, and your question shows you have done no research by, for example, reading the sticky threads at the top of General or Development.....also by using the 'Search' function. Do your research before you flash anything.

[Q] Help Me With Galaxy Note.

Hai pals. Greetings to you.
I get one used galaxy note.
After i turn on the phone(With a inactive sim) i saw that there are some security measurements in that phone like Sending messages when changing the sim, Samsung's famous Mobile tracker etc.
All i need is.,
1. Is there any way to remove those settings by flashing custom ROMS or upgreade/degrade it legally.
2. I want it to be as new as factory made. Is there any possibilities.?
Please put your valuable suggestion here. Im total nOOb for this android things.
Just do a factory reset in recovery....I advice this believing that its been legally obtained...
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda app-developers app
Lol yeah.
It has been obtained legally.
Anyhow., did I need any working sim or passwords to do factory reset?

Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda app-developers app

Then why samsung put those options?
I did factory reset but still im not satisfied with that.
Is there any noob tutorials about what is custom rom, kernel, rooting stuffs etc..
Thanks again.

How do I revert back to stock MI3 NO ROOT?

Anyone have the files?
Sent from my SM-N900P using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
If you have mj4 I don't believe a downgrade is possible
Though you can downgrade from mi5 no problem.
The stock mi3 file is still up at the Samsung update website. I don't remember the link at the moment.

If you're on mj4, you cannot go back to any previous version.

Yup I knew that was previously the case, and was pretty sure there was no workaround.
I hate when they do cap like that to the bootloader.
I'm going to take that as confirmation, as I knew back when mj4 first came out and I was maintain a Knox safe root thread. There were a few issues of people tripping Knox Even on a complete stock uprooted phone attempting to downgrade to run the Vega files.
Just hadn't looked into it since then wasn't sure someone hadn't worked around it.
Though why you would want to go back to mi3 is another question.

Yup, there are a few stock mj4 options (with or without root)
Check the development section.
I personally usually use Odin to flash the full official Samsung mj4 tar.

Just to go Security>Permission control > disable root permission
If you are using any third party root permission managers like SuperSu
Just uninstalling them would work.
