Guys I need your help!!! I have a TMO sim with the Radiocomm edit and I received the OTA update for ICS. Now when I try to make a call it says "Outgoing calls are restricted by FDN". Has this happened to anyone???

You sprint users may not be so lucky getting a leaked updater. I would wait and see what happens with the update when the update has been ota.

I guess you could. If you want to have to call sprint and tell them you need service re-activated on your line because you updated before the ota. I would think the CricKet updater has different network information.
If I switch to T-Mobile with my sim unlocked AT&T Atrix HD will it still be possible to get OTA updates -- such as to 4.2 or 5.0 -- when they are available? It appears to me that these updates are only pushed by the original provider.
I'm on T-Mobile and I get nagged about updates all the time.
Sure you can get the update. It will show the upgrade msg only if you are currently on ICS and will update it to jelly bean. Be sure to do it when you have more that 50% battery and WiFi is a safer option. Note that you can't downgrade!!!!!
And you must unroot your device if you are rooted. Otherwise upgrade will not complete but won't make your phone dead either.

I have the Pure Edition with a T-Mobile SIM card, however, I have not yet activated it with T-Mobile.
Will OTA updates work while I am connected to Wifi? It keeps telling me that I am up-to-date, so it seems like It is checking. However, it has never told me there is an update available while I was on KitKat. I had to manually upgrade to Lollipop (22.11.6)

I have at&t version D950 running on kitkat 4.4.2(software version D95020b) with Root.
My provider(reliance jio) has recently started service with volte calls. Whenever I tried to update my phone via software update (it says nothing to update).
I am outside usa with no at&t.Please tell me how can I get volte update in my phone.
Hey guys so I have an unlocked ATT V40. I wanted to update it into pie but the problem is since it's unlocked, it isn't able to recieve any otas. Does anyone have access to the kdz or another way to update it? Thanks!
