GamerzRom Ninja is what you need
http://pittech.blogspot.in/2012/05/gamerzrom-ninja-v11-jw5-with-388-mb-ram.html
I also think that the above is overall the best for gaming, though there's hardly any games that run on gb but not on jb.

Well yes, as a matter of fact you may not be able to run games and applications on Jelly bean as this ROM does not support such graphics currently for Galaxy Mini.
Jelly Bean development is in its primitive stage and will need a lot of development for it to become stable on Galaxy Mini which is unlikely.
If you want to run games and apps you can install Gingerbread ROM's as most of them are stable.
Cyanogenmod 7 and Andro-id 3.2 are very stable ROMs.
But will those roms alow me to download some incompatibl games?

Yes, most of them will work.
If they dont you may have to download the apk file separately and then download the data file to run the game.(Not from Google Play)

Are there any ROMs that use low amount of ram?
At the moment I'm on cm10 jellaxy and my phone uses up 60 percent without any apps running. I want to free up ram so I can play some HD arm games without them crashing such as
N.O.V.A

Any Gingerbread ROM will do. ICS and JB consumes more RAM than GB.
Recommend to Use My REVOLUTiON Ultimate Xperia Edition..
And see the difference..
Any links please?

A little offtopic... how did you manage to run NOVA on ace?
The only realy heavy games i played are the COD like "brothers in Arms" and temple run (they both lagged, and it was almost impossible to turn in temple run [so: not playable])

You have to free up enough ram before playing. Use a task manager and kill all running apps then play. Restart them after you're done.
M on miui gb 0.36...n i gt a min o 125mb free ram if any heavy apps r nt running...try dat...

Cassie's xtralite room. Most stable, most speed, less bugs, best deep sleep despite being a gb rom.
after flashing many original development roms, I'm back to xtralite rom and I'm not planning to flash another for quite awhile.
it's not the latest and greatest but hey, you asked. Peace out.
Alliance Rom! You just need to go into Android Develeopement thread and see which is the most popular one
I was on Alliance ICS Final for a long time and this is the most stable and absoultely smoothest rom , but it is ICS, you may try if you like...
Now I am switched to Alliance XXLSC, requires the installation of some fix over the Rom customizer, but worth the effort. I just installed 240dpi mod and a few others with nova launcher and it is amazing... contains everything you requested in your first post
EDIT: you know that the stock ICS kernel is not safe for wiping? be sure that first thing you need to do is flash a safe kernel if you are on ICS (from stock recovery it is best to flash PhilZ kernel first, then you can continue to rock )
the best is Stock official rom preinstalled on your NOTE.

oh...if this rom is what you want, you should buy a Note 2 instead of flashing a jellybean daily driver for Note 1. I'll be flashing a multiview rom soon but I don't expect to be on it for very long.
stability is what I want too.

Jb: slimbean or liquidsmooth. Also use right kernel, imho k kernel.
Or try return on GB gigabread+.
I don't think you'll be better on ics roms.

If you say that you have tried lots of JB ROMs. Try using ICS or GB but, in my opinion, I don't think that the games go laggy.
Also try flashing a custom kernel because that helps a lot!
Please can you advise on the best ROM and kernel combination. I am resurrecting my old I9000 to give to my son to play games on. It will have no sim card so modem is not important
Thanks in advance for your advice

I have similar question I want to flash a ROM for my sister but best would be if ROM would be on default partitions. She wants smooth phone without lagging ,good multitasking and she wants good audio, not much gaming . what would you recommend?
