I'm assuming you'd need to be on a DeOdexed ROM? Will this work for all firmware versions?
When you have Root and CWM you can used this theme for every firmware.
there is nothing deodexted. This is no Rom only a Theme for the rooted original firmware.

What about the settings in this theme, what color does the damn settings screen have?
It is the stock color.

very good theme as a first release but some apps like Music unlimited doesn't work (force close on launch)
Xperia clock app is not displayed correctly, the statusbar is hiding part of the app=]

there're two apps u added with similar functions and they're "Alarm" and "Clock"
The "Alarm" works but i think it's GingerBread based while clicking "Clock" brings me to the same apps as when i launch "Alarm" (I'm not talking about the LG Stock "Alarm/Clock" App)
BUT in "Clocks" the status bar masks part of the title text of the app:fingers-crossed:
the torch app is working weirdly, once i turn on the torch by pressing onto the button, i cant turn it off by pressing that same button again until i quit the app
i think u should put apps extra in a separate CWM flashables while keeping the visual theme in another CWM flashables
P.S. can the clock text on the upper right corner be changed to white so as to match the status bar theme? XD

but the icon change in the settings.apk doesn't blend well with the white background
for example, the bluetooth icon is not visible because it has the same color as the white background
P.S. the "settings" button in the app drawer u morphed is a bit "squeezed", not complaining but just saying in case u missed it

I don't know why you have this bug.
Befor i upload a new version, i flash my system to the stock firmware and than my theme.
By this way, i can see bugs.

I just modified few apk´s and jar´s direct in the system, so there will be NO modded apps, or browser or what else!
Please make sure, your DHD is running on base 1.72xxxx ....

Please make these changes before flashing
New power bar can be easily customized or edited and changed back to rom default.
You can have any amount of toggles up to the amount of 6.
To choose which toggles are in the power bar you need to open up "widget.txt" in a text editor and change the toggles as you wish. widget.txt can be found in /system/customize in the theme zip file.
The following toggles can be used:
toggleAirplane
toggleAutoRotate
toggleBluetooth
toggleBrightness
toggleFlashlight
toggleGPS
toggleLockScreen
toggleMobileData
toggleScreenTimeout
toggleSleepMode
toggleSound
toggleSync
toggleWifi
Default values are:

After changing them just drag and drop the widget.txt back into the zip and then flash.
Now to change between having the power bar and the stock recent apps you need to edit the "notification_config.txt" which is also in /system/customize
Default is "enablePowerControl"
Simply change to "enableRecentApps" without the quotes to revert back to the recent apps list. (currently this will leave a black bar above the recent app list where the power bar use to be)
Or change to "enablePowerControl|enableRecentApps" to have both power bar and recent apps

Flash this theme with CWM... (It´s better to make Nandroid Backup first! Cause of bootlops). The apk´s of this theme are completely zipaligned and I´ve tested this Theme on Revolution HD, but it should work an all deodexed sense ROM´s...

no, there is NO rosie or sense stuff within ... and also never will be so the theme will be aviable for almost all rom´s!

Nice theme, just one thing is bothering me, is there anyway to change status bar icons? Signal, battery, alarm, as they look too colorful for me , is there anyway that I can change or you in to monochrome icons?

edit dimens file inside values-mdpi and change STAGE PADDING higher value will make dock icon down...

Sorry i don't understand what you mean but if you mean to make desktop icon down to fit dock you can edit cell height in dimens file inside values-mdpi folder higher value will make down if nothing change try edit same file but maybe inside values or values-hdpi folder good luck

This is amazing sense 4 mod and clock installed easy plus with miui.us and misense 4.0.1 by far the closest I've seen to the real deal!
Edit I did have a problem installing photo and weather should I add them to system or I seen another apk that was hacked in 1st post can u add the working apks to op? Or just permeability know once again this is an awesome launcher so fast! Did u install this on sense rom?

Hello, This is dark theme mods based on deodexed files of auras76's RomAur ROM and djsnoopyxxl's mod apps. With my noob skill, I decompiled their mod apps & deodexed apps, compared them, copied & pasted them to meet my need. All icons & others graphics that isn't stock belongs to djsnoopyxxl. I added my variant of text color a liitle bit. Basically these files are deodexed but they're working with stock odex rom and should be working deodexed rom too (I'm stock odex).
I've tested this mods on my XZL (original thread) and confirmed working on XZ by some of you guys (thanks for risking your XZ guys )
And as always, Use it as your own risk (and bla bla bla )
How to install
do a full backup before installing, just in case.
install via cwm.
wipe cache & dalvik cache.
reboot.
(hopefully) enjoy
I didn't test all menu/screen of these apps but i'm sure there are some of them that still has stock-eye hurting look. If you guys test it and found them or other glitches/bug. Pls tell me, i'll try to fix them

Hi, i update phonebook.apk to fix white vertical bar in dial pad's input field. You can download and apply new zip in the 1st post or use attached phonebook.apk below by copy/replace it to /system/app, change permission to rw-r--r-- then reboot your phone.

Unfortunately, for reason I don't know, I can't take screenshot...
I tried also third party app for screenshot, with no luck. All I get is a black frame.
If you like you can try to merge two contacts together (you can merge two phone contacts) and then try to edit this new contact, in order to see what I am talking about

just another thing i found:
during a call, if you press the audio select button, if you have a bluetooth connected, there is a pop up menu, where you can select the audio output.
with your mod this menu has white background with white text, while it should be white text with black background...
is it possiblw to resize the contact picture to be inside the frame below the upper call bar because whenever a full contact photo is displayed during a phone call, the number and name get disappeared since the backround is transparent and the text is white

KitKat Theme
Kitkat theme with Google home screen look and feel, white theme accent and AOSP navbar (doesn't needs my SystemUI.apk). Now with black themed icons in settings! QuickSettings are now white! (Refer attachments)
I used Triflat theme icons and modded it with apktool. Hope you all enjoy it!
Instructions:
For theme:
Move app to /system/app, reboot, select theme and enjoy! (Only if you don't have modified services.jar)
OR
Install as normal app.(Only if you have the modified Services.jar (ExistenZ rom has it) or flashed the zip file containing both SystemUI.apk and Services.jar)
How to update:
Simply install over it as normal app! (Only when you have the modified Services.jar)

Looks fine IMO, I recently found out tickboxes are completely white when there are dark backgrounds because of the white theme accent combined with the white tick. So that's why Sony doesn't make white theme accents.

Here you go > SystemUI.apk, make sure you backup your original SystemUI as this does not only includes nexus nav bar icons, it also includes KitKat flip settings icons if you are using Xperia Flip Settings

hi I installed the whole theme by pushing into system/app and also by trying to install as nomarl apk
but the flip settings still retain the old look - any solution? also I noticed some of the accents are Blue.. any plans to make it all white?

For flip settings, you need that SystemUI.apk, and the blue accents have to remain in apps like settings because I don't think white will make it look nice so no plans for it. Sorry =)

read this, then to modify theme accent, you need to open /asset/com.sonyericsson.uxp.zip, decompile and go into the decompiled folder open /res/values/colors. Good luck, compare the colors with the stock purple accent by doing the same steps and check the color value, you can use photoshop to double check them. (It's not gonna be easy because if you use my theme as a base, you need to change some color of the switches and ticks.)

If you haven't already, I've got a patched services.jar in my thread, feel free to use. Also regarding conflicts, if you go into the smali folder of the base apk (with the wallpaper and icon) and get through to smali files, you can change the package name there by editing out craftsmanship, and putting what you want, changing the folder names to match.And in android manifest, you can change version number, so when you go to installed apps, it'll show what version is installed.
Example, in my theme folders go se/metallijim/brushed/blue, and that is what is in the smali files. Edit with notepad+
That'll definitely insure no conflicts.

Awesome thanks for the tip, yeah I recompiled the services.jar already, and downloaded yours to compare, for some reason, mine is smaller lol but still works fine since that my original clean services.jar is already smaller than your modded one. And thanks for the versioning!, I didn't know how to do it because when I tried changing it, they said that craftmanship has defined it =/

Good news!
In Android Manifest.xml in the main theme, before recompiling, just change android:versionName=1.0 to whatever version you want, then in settings, when installed it'll show the Version number! :victory:

I have made a new theme called RedBlack. I have tried to customize many things. Hope you guys like it.
Features
1. Coloured icons in settings.
2. Removed coloured background of apps.
3. Coloured arrows showing in out going of data.
4. Battery icon will change its colour from green to yellow,orange and red.
5. Red and Black combination used ( my favourite colours ).
6. Amazing glow red colour in notification panel.
7. Very beautiful icons.
8. Changed nav bar icons.
9. Coloured icons in settings.
10. Beautiful weather widget.
Installation
1. Download the file and put "NeoRedBlack.hwt" in HwThemes folder.
2. Select RedBlack in theme app and then apply with fonts and restart to change navigation bar icons.
3. Please reapply the wallpaper by long pressing the screen. (Because wallpaper looks horrible when zoomed and for some reason it always zooms the wallpaper when applying even though resolution of wallpaper is perfectly 1080x1920)
You guys can see that wallpaper looks very nice if you reapply it.

I prefer the clock in lock screen from the 1.1 version but it doesn't work in my phone ..

Great job, it is the best theme I have tested.
These themes have problem with screen saving feature, like dark bloom theme. I'm sure guys with the white dialpad had it activated.

I like colours in setup, black & red combination in notifications and specially this wonderful coloured battery icon !!!:good:
Tried special version, but removed it. I didn't like the new battery icon...
Just missing something... I liked the original EMUI lock screen. With diferent wonderful pictures every time. But now I can only select one image... and if I click in setup option inside lock screen, the only subscription I can find is in chinese, and nothing happens if I click on it.... Is it posible to return to original EMUI lock screen? (of course, without changing this great theme!)
