You can't. I explained this on DroidRzr.com when you asked it already.
This is from the build.prop which you cannot edit without root.
Code:
#IKMAIN-44034: SMi must be played shutter town always
ro.camera.sound.forced=1

I did it differently, appended .bak to the camera_click.ogg, camera_focus.ogg and multishot_click.ogg file from the system/media/audio/ui folder. Same result.
Of course you need root.

Yes it can be changed or removed. It is simply a png file on the device. Find it and replace it. Not sure where it was but I removed it on mine.

Hello, guys! I was wondering if someone could send me the APK file of the Android Launcher used on Moto X and Moto G (2013 Versions!). I usually use Launcher2 but I would really like to have the transparent status bar. I know the two launchers are actually the same and that I could set the transparent bar with root permissions on Launcher2 but I would really like to have it Without root permissions. I noticed that several people have been asking about it in other forums but I never managed to find what I was actually searching.
Can someone realize my little desire? Thanks!

If rooted you paste the files & set perms to the same as other apks. Reboot to install. Rename any previous file of the same name to .bak
I used Nova, more features and still transparent

I've been using Nova 'till now and I used to personalize it as if I was using differents devices (HTC, Sony, LG etc.) but after trying Launcher2 I got really interested in stock launchers! I however thank you for your interest

You can't alter system apps without root. And that's what the stock launcher is. If it won't just click and install, I doubt there is anything you can do.
Maybe I'm wrong and someone can correct me, but that's my understanding.

^ This is correct. Launcher2 is a system app that requires root to modify. If you're trying to install another Launcher2 on top of it, you'll get an error.

Go to EDIT on your first post and then go advanced and I am sure you can rename it

and just change media speaker and headphones value save and reboot.but when phone reboot dont have any sound and i cant open youtube videos too.anybody try this method before.what im doing wronge?

Maybe the permissions on that file changed?
Ask someone (better here on P10 forum) to look for permissions on an unmodified file and compare if you have the same.

i didn't know the right permission.just i give root access es file explorer and click the root page choice r/w .if you use nougat rom choice product click right r/w and save if you use oreo choice odm(sorry my bad english)

yes.i have but i found a bugg.when i change sound value whatch videos or listen music,i pause the video and get speaker closer my ear i hear a noise.if i dont turn off the youtube app or music app noice dont stop but you can hear that voice only speaker and closer in your ear.i dont know why but that happend,i try to get stock speaker value but nothings change.that happent in 7.0 nougat too.when i flash new rom or just make fully reset i try only change headphone value
