note 4 firmware update/downgrade

Hey all,
currently I have rootred + recovery note 4.
My firmware is :N910TUVU1ANIH.
I would like to install [ROM] FireKatN4 for that i need to install Ank4 firmware.
How can I do that?where to find Ank4 firmware download?
Is there recovery flushable Ank4version or do I have to that with odin? if so how to do that with odin?
also, since i am on : N910TUVU1ANIH and rooted and installed custom recovery can run t-mobile OTA update? will root and my costume recovery will be saved or will it mess up my phone and might brick it?
Thank you.
Search is your friend.
This is how you go to ank. There is a link in that thread for a faster download than from Samsung.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2957156
You will then have to reroot.

Great, then reroot and reinstall recovery? or just reroot?

Yes, you will have to reinstall recovery, as well. Just follow the instructions as you did before.

You have to follow the directions on downgrading first. You are probably on 4.4.4.

No there isn't
Yes. You have to odin the [root] kernel to your phone. Then root with towel root. Then re odin the kernel for your fimware. Viola, you now have root.
---------- Post added at 05:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:26 PM ----------
To be more specific, you need to know your phone's model number. You can find it in:
Settings > About Device > Model Number
Mine is the "SAMSUNG-SM-G900A"
As good practice, you should- at a bare minimum, include this information when asking this type of question.
---------- Post added at 05:52 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:48 PM ----------
Final thought, you do not actually have to downgrade. Just flash [Odin/Heimdall] an older kernel, then towelroot, then flash [Odin/Heimdall] the current kernel.

This is only for the Samsung-SM-G900A (firmware version G900AUCU2OA1)

That's the only way to obtain root there's no other way whether it's the NG3 firmware or OA1.
If one has NCE firmware towelroot works straight away.
Lulz. Technicalities, friend. But let's give the n00b a break.
---------- Post added at 06:27 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:22 PM ----------
If he does not have the AT&T model, yes there is. The international is unlocked. Just flash custom recovery then zip install su.
For others there is CF-Auto Root.
But details, details. Right?

you need to start from kitkat rooted
Well. If you want root, look for the stock ROM index, then get ne3 (or whatever kitkat has a full Odin package) flash it, and then if you want root, root here and use flashfire to flash lollipop, if not get the update .zip from the same thread and flash it for no root.

No you cannot due to the bootloader. We got lucky that the 4.4 bootloader works with 5.0. It is not hard at all my friend just download odin. flash all 4 NE3 files with odin. Use towelroot to gain root. then flash whatever rom you like from there. The long list of instructions was due to the old version of flashfire having issues. The new version is much more stable. If you get confused let me know
@Rick1684
Hmm if I'm clear, I have to upgrade to 4.4 before I can upgrade to 5.0 ...
I can't jump from 4.3 to 5.0

Odexed might have ever so slightly better battery life and bootup time, but deodexed is necessary if you want to modify your system, I.e. you want to use Xposed.

Once you're on lollipop rooted, if you want a custom ROM, check the one linked to (really the only option for this phone):
