1 download
2 copy to system/media folder, if there is a bootanimation.zip in your media folder either delete if you don't want to keep it or rename it to keep it
3 paste androidbootanimation to media folder
4 go into the properties of androidbootanimation and change the permissions to rw-r-r
5 rename androidbootanimation to bootanimation
6 reboot and enjoy

I love DBZ so i made a boot animation inspired by it. Super Saiyan Andy! If you'd like i can personalize it to say your name just let me know what you want it to say and the screen resolution size and I can create it for you. These are not flashable zips. You must install using a file manager app with root access such as ES File Explorer. To install just copy to your system/media folder, rename to bootanimation.zip, change permissions to rw-r-r, and reboot.
Or you can use the app from the play store called Boot Animation to easily install it. Thanks to soccerfan6789 for the suggestion.
