My Google Search seems to be having force close anyone has this issue?
Hey guys.
Im really tempted to try this out, just a few questions, is there a build in function to change DPI? And is it possible to change the grid size? For example to have 6x6 icons on home screen and drawer?
Cheers

Yes, there is a built in function to change DPI.
As for grid-size - you can always use another launcher like Nova etc

Thanks mate. I am on Slimbean atm, and i have 2 issues with it, battery drain from kworkers, im not sure what that is, but this is the biggest reason i wanna change, and a gallery issue. I read in the other thread you had that battery was gonna be alot better on RC7.
I know this is a kinda hard question, but can u comment on average battery life?
And can i ask for action to take when flashing, im going to do a full wipe, normally i do, factory reset/wipe cache and dalvik, format /system, flash new rom, then reboot, am i missing something?

With this step:
factory reset/wipe cache and dalvik, format /system, flash new rom, then reboot
you would be good to go
flash it

Full Wipe / Factory Reset --> Flash ROM
Battery life depends on your usage, unless it is totally abnormal. But from feedback i've got, battery life seems good.
Can;t comment on the other ROM you might have tried and hence unfair to compare.
Are there any known issues/bugs?
http://teamhacksung.org/wiki/index.php/CyanogenMod10:GT-I9300:Nightly:Known_issues <- are those still current (since this ROM is based on CM10)?
I totally lost track of what is working with the custom ROMs and what not (yet)

It's that big blue Button that says "Download" and it's working. I'm downloading right now.
Is there any mods to the Liquid Gapps...or am I OK to install the inverted ones? http://rootzwiki.com/topic/35307-mod-ts-ultimate-aroma-app-installer-gapps-inverteds-and-more-10-29/

To be honest, this is not tablet mode at all, it has nothing to do with silly build.prop hacks. This is the first and only Android rom to feature true Hybrid mode. This rom lets you scale and project every app, every widget, even systemcomponents individually. Remember, android is modular, everything is an app: Lockscreen, navigationbar, dialogs, popups, keyboards, widgets, and your regular apps of course. Apps have the capability to switch into various designs or layouts according to the device they run on. This can result in a complete new experience as many apps will transform to the better.
Now for every element that you like chose a mode (PhoneUI, Phablet/Nexus-7UI, TabletUI) and/or a size. You are 100% independent of the system DPI which runs nicely in whatever value it has been assigned to. You do not need to boot your phone into a certain DPI. Neither will most of the changes you apply require a reboot. You will not suffer from the myriads of troubles which normally haunt you under build.prop tablet mode. Your market, phone, etc. will all work, apps won't shrink on you unless you shrink them yourself. This project will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the feel of your phone.

If you have an issue and you want to call our attention, here's what you do:
1. Try everything you can, find solutions for yourself. Wipe caches, revert all your settings you have made, go back to your stock Kernel, factory reset if you have to or reflash the rom. Assume that the issue is on your side and try your best to isolate it.
2. Search this thread and Cyanogenmods aswell (its our base) for possible reoccurences of your issue and hopefully solutions that may have come up.
3. If you think the issue is important enough that we should cease our work and look into it, post your issue, BUT ...
... stay friendly, do not demand anything, do not threaten
... explain your issue as precise as you can, name the exact apps and conditions that cause trouble, help us to replicate the issue right away. If we can't there's no way we can fix it and your post will simply clutter the thread
... collect evidence, keep in mind this is a developer thread so even if you are not one, do us the favor and research how to record logcat. logcat is the single most important help you can give us to resolve your issue.

A real bad news guys.. The ROM will not be released tonight as I haven't tested it yet. And my device got bricked. The kernel flashing failed and now I can't flash any freaking thing on it. Not even the stock ftf. It says flashing failed no matter what I try, it be using fastboot or flashmode..
I guess I'll need to be taking it to the Sony Center.
And if you want me to release the ROM in the untested condition I'll upload it in dropbox and someone from you mirror it where ever you want.

Its CM, so only unlocked bootloaders...
Same bugs as CM10 (maybe some different bugs?)
I don't no if there was any beta testers.
Its CM.... so you must choose CM Kernel......

Repait and again upload man.
I have CM10 right now (installed yesterday), is this ROM better than CM10? Or what makes the difference? In CM10, for ex, camera doesn't work. In this ROM you get JB camera (with picture preview, etc)? Or you get an AOSP, or Sony stock camera?
CM10 also have a lot of battery drain. Hope you answer soon. :3

i wouldt prefer paranoid because its MORE customizable ( phablet mode and tablet mode)
Ok guys i will upload it again to see what's happening... about pad.prop.... man, is jb paranoid... don't need pad.prop as ICS.... all the bugs from cm10 can be in this ROM.. but I will try to fix the easiest ones... upload will begin in 2 hrs so in 3 hrs the ROM will be up

yep atleast for this build but this app only define density of each app that you set and phone/tablet mod
and you can do this by yourself simply adding your mode/density in properties.conf bit difficult for noob but advance user can do this

For
Motorola Atrix
What is King Kang?!?
King Kang is essentially a hybrid ROM - its a mixture of AOKP, CyanogenMod, and ParanoidAndroid, bringing all their customizations to one rock solid and quick ROM. These numerous features combine to create a blend of features not seen anywhere else before. Make the user interface yours with this ROM. Change the DPI the ROM runs at, tweak the interface to your hearts content, while enjoying great battery life and stability. Never before have these features combined to create a ROM as feature-packed as King Kang. Credits for the features goes directly to the teams responsible - AOKP and CM for their respective work, and ParanoidAndroid for their wonderful DPI on-the-fly modifications. Without these teams, this ROM would not be possible.

PLEASE NOTE: I will NOT provide ParanoidPreferences.apk in this ROM zip. The devs of that great ROM have asked that the particular apk NOT be included in NON-PA zips. They put in the work, so I respect their wishes. That being said, I will NOT link the file nor do I want to see it linked here.
To get it, do the following:
Boot into King Kang and set up Gapps
Download Paranoid Android ROM zip
Download Root Browser
Use Root Browser to extract the file from the PA zip
Place it into /system/app
Set permissions to RW, R, R

Bugs??:
KNOWN ISSUES:
Videocamera : Use VideoCam Illusion
Slight Lag possible on screen transitions
USB tether
The graphics related issues are due to not having proper drivers to use for this. Don't ask for an ETA on a fix. Moto won't be giving us the drivers, so there is no fix
If you need to report a NEW bug, report it once, and the next TWO people VERIFY it. I don't need everyone reporting same bug 20 times. I you can, provide me the following information:
Version you're using
What type of fwipe you did and what ROM you came from
Have you restored any data from something like Titanium Backup
What app is misbehaving and what you were doing when it started
Logcats<--THIS IS PREFERRED.
If you don't know how to logcat, go HERE and learn. This really nice guy took the time to write out a good how to
When you have a LOGCAT and would like to post it, please go to pastebin and post it in there, then LINK that location in this thread...I don't want to see them posted directly in here.

Way I look at it, these 2 devices (Photon and Atrix) were the ones I started with, so as long as we can make viable roms on it, I'm going to
Pretty Slick so far. Will run for a couple days. Thanks th3bill
Sounds AWESOME
Just waiting for some screens to give it a chance ;3
Sounds awesome; where will I find the corresponding gapps?

Ill fix tonight
Sent from my LG Optimus G
WiFi not turning on at all for me no matter what configuration chosen during installation and with all possible wipe combinations Pressing WiFi does nothing.
Newest AOKP does not have this issue, running it now.
I installed it over latest cm10 from the bill. Just wiped cache and dalvik. The Rom is running fast and smooth without any issues, every thing is ok including WiFi.
Sent from my MB855 using xda app-developers app
Must be me then....
I think he is saying try AOKP then flash this rom. It's worth a try.
Sent using my Jelly fingers.
I never use WiFi much so I didn't notice. Its borked as stated above.
Other than that nice ROM.
I can confirm, also, that WiFi does not turn on with this ROM. Th3Bill did post in the Liquid Smooth thread that he would be posting a fix for this very soon.
Thanks Th3Bill!!
Thanks for the ROM, nothing to report other than a thanks.

Unless a new build is up, wifi is working for me as normal.
I was able to finally get wifi to work. I installed paranoid android first and then installed KingKang and everything works beautifully - including wifi!!!

-Pegasus Team
-I had a lot of ideas, but I couldn't realize them alone. So I have decided to found a team.
-Initially I and L.E.D 26 founded the PureStudios, but the I really don't like the name, so I have decided
-to rename this team calling it "Pegasus Team". Our team is free, and anyone can join with us (you have only
-to PM me) and if you want to join, you're not obbligated to work frequently: all we have school or others
-things to do! Our members are Jeeko, L.E.D 26, MatrixDJ, Miccia, hsay, and F4uzan
-But, let's start with this New Rom!
A new awesome rom!
Now you're saying "Another CM10.1 rom...." but I stop you for two reasons: first, now we have Halo and I made this fully
functionable for our little device. And second, I search to emulate ParanoidAndroid 3.60+ style in Cyanogenmod rom! So this is
a kind of hybrid rom: cyanogenmod core with paranoid theme.
In addition, we take a look for the performances and battery life and you can check the screens for see that with intensive use
you can use your phone for almost 2 days. The rom hasn't any bug, it's completely stable and ready for daily usage.
Let's see this rom!
-New awesome features!
-Rom
Based on CM10.1.3 with the latest improvements fixes
Halo))) Inside, now fully functionable, speed, fast, awesome!
New ParanoidAndroid 3.99 wallpaper
Slimmed, removed useless apps and added newest libs
Halo box-screens fixes, now you can use all the app inside that
Fixed sweep to slide tab in the notification menu for better responsivity
Added fast scrolling and smooth animations
-Kernel
Based on A_U's kernel
Optimized ramdisk for CM10.1
New bootsplash logo
Various improvements suitably for Halo
LMK drivers from Badass Kernel
Updated to 2.6.38.2 kernel
Security fixes
-Downloads
-HaloPlus Project for Galaxy Mini, enjoy Halo fully functionable
- Wipe data, cache, dalvik, format system and flash the rom.
- The GApps aren't included, you can download them here // Bluetooth isn't working, you can use the badass kernel
-Credits
-A big thanks to NextLight who made all this possible with Halo Project.
-Thanks to A_U for his kernel and alin.p for his LMK machine
-Thanks even to UgoRaffaele, PA, androidarmv6 and CM the codemasters of this project

Yes you're totally right, I have forgot the credits.... sorry and I add them right now!
The issues from your thread aren't bugs.... they're only resize problem (a big is something that doesn't works).
Anyway, sorry another time for the credits
nice..will try it later..love holo features
lol grow up op..
u just change a kernel, a new wallpaper and upload someone's tom rom as ur's is not good...EVEN if u give him credits..
i know u did the same with paul's aosp and PA roms..u just wont admit it

This rom is cooked, and you can see this. Today with this stuff, a tomorrow with other optimizations.
And 2nd, you say me that I have done the same with aosp and pac only because you don't see in the kernel version
"[email protected]" or something like that only because I don't know how to use git and I clone sources and then I work offline?
If I'll make a new build with my compiled kernel you'll change idea? I bet no; I don't mind fr what u said, but in this way you you make lose the urge others to work on this device.

Try changing your kernel. It may be a bug from the kernel.
ultimately happened with bluetooth? and I can flash gapps? but I guess they'll work now and put the gapps that I have earned int2ext besides hopefully work as before without problems.
my review :
-bluetooth works using badass kernel.
-maybe the internal storage not optimized using A2SD script (my previous rom is lenio,it's optimized), so I used the modded int2ext.
-for gapps, I used the gapps from CM10.1 thread by rohan007
after all, this rom works good. I'll give a report later if there's any bug.

ok thanks I will flash this kernel, sure there is no bug or anything? I once I got the crazy cab would work (although the game was slow) but after all cm10, cm 10.1 to prove everyone was departing with the welcome screen of the game creeped making me impossible nor start playing, hopefully with this I go crazy rom the taxi as it is a game I love.
If I also use int2ext and run to the first, when flashing gapps gapps use the official 4.2.2 and also are compatible, all you see is that system memory is just so I have find the gapps reduced. Also will try odex to get more free space and gain speed, but for speed I have no complaints for now.
