How to fix the home button

¡THIS APP NEED ROOT!
I develop an app that fix the error of the home button, lots of driver errors, and mount the system in rw and ro.
This is the APP that all S5570I Root users need.

Home button isn't an error
To fix it you can go in system/usr/keylayout/sec_keypad and where there is home write wake

Yes, this app overwrites this file with the fixed file But now I updated it and also you can repair driver errors.

Now the app repair driver errors like bluetooth errors wifi errors, the home button error and mount /system and / in rw or ro. It's simple but it works

[Q] How do I upgrade cm10.1 to cm10.2 without losing my stuff?

Is there anyway to flash cm10.2 "over" cm10.1 to avoid re-installing all my apps and adjusting my settings again?
What do i have to wipe and what not to wipe?

You can update without wiping but its not reccomended
