Hi.
So apparently i can't write this up on the correct thread (the rom related one) cos i probably dont fill the inicial 10 posts requirement. Will do it here instead, apologies if this isnt the right place.
In this rom's features it says BLN implemented through framework. Im not entirely sure what this means. Im assuming this means i can get BLN working without a kernel that supports it. Whats more, BLN app isnt working so im assuming this is different from being implemented on kernel level. I just flashed darkcore and got this done but if i understood correctly, i'm curious on how can i activate BLN withouth the need to flash a BLN supporting kernel.
Another thing, Simply Honey as this gorgeous blue-based theme i just love but i can't really find simpathy for the font used on the clock from the glass lockscreen

1) You always need a Kernel with BLN, but the framework allows u to have more conpatibility with apps that can use BLN

I'm on JV9 ODEX rom (of my carrier), and I wanted to ask if it's possible to do the folowing on ODEX rom:
1) Disable the increasing ringtone? It's the most important - IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY
2) Enable CRT off screen?
3) Get rid of the battery icon - it really doesn't help if no it doesnt show precentage.

You could do all those with a custom ROM of your choice... But that wouldn't be an ODEX ROM then...

But i like a specific rom and it works excellent, but it's odexed, so i wanna know if it's possible to apply these changes on an odexed rom!
Decided instead of uploading the whole ROM just to make a CWM zip with all the changes. Just download CM7 and install it then flash this over it. Also this will make updating to the Nightly's easier. Just re-flash this after you update to the Nightly to get you back to how it was.

I can use this ONLY in CM7(Pure) without a version(Like Neutrino or TopSmart) or i can use this tweak in all versions(CM7 Based)?

This will work with any CM7 based ROM but was made for the default version.

Unzip the pack and remove Contacts.apk and Mms.apk from /system/app to remove the Go apps. Once you have removed the apps you don't want just re-zip up the pack.
Downloading....will see this amazing idea to just flash the tweaks to the original CM7. Using a modded chinise Blur ROM but will take a look on this!.

is the lockscreen integrated to framework or using milocker?
Ive been creating some flashable zips for the sony icons (i find them nicer than CM's stock ones) but the one I cant seem to get working is the NFC icon. Ive pinched the stat_sys_nfc_forum.png from the stock 4.1.2 rom but I guess CM has nothing that references it.
Ive already set the build.prop to enable the NFC icon so that isnt the problem.
Is there a specific name i need to give the icon or some file i need to edit to reference it correctly?

Hey, is there a way to add multi user support to stock rooted ROM? I've tried adding some build.prop like people suggested, but that didn't help with anything.
