Seeking Note II Wallet With Belt Clip - Help - Galaxy Note II Accessories

Searches on Amazon, Ebay, or Google bring up lots of Galaxy Note II cases that have belt clips or Galaxy Note II wallets that have holders for Credit Cards but I have yet to find a product that holds the Note II, clips to your belt, and has some storage for Credit Cards. Any help on finding such a product would be greatly appreciated.

Ideally, I'd like to use the Note II case as a Wallet for Cash/Cards/License and an Badge holder/display for my work ID and Work Garage Card
I think if thin enough I should be ab le to clip it to my belt and even slide it into my front pocket.

open face case

anyone bought the 'open face' or the '2 in 1' which is the 'open face' plus a flap that you can button onto the 'open face' case from fortte.com ? 39.99 for the 2 in 1 and 34.99 for the open face version.
Not everyone likes these open face ones but I just love these as I love the clip which I clip onto my belt (or shorts) and am able to just look down at my phone for 'time" (yeah i don't wear any watches); so I've always had Krusell flex orbit cases, however they don't make one for the vivid, i guess they only make the orbit flex (the open face one) for phones that are under certain weight and vivid is a little on the heavier side. anyway, if anyone had bought one of these, let me know of your thoughts. also, i found another open face case on ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/190651454200?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
if anyone bought this before, let me know how you like it.
thanks.
I work in a warehouse environment so I keep an Otterbox defender on mine with the screen facing in. You can carry it either way though. If you dont mind the extra girth on the phone, the OBD is the way to go. Ive had cases like the one in the ebay listing you posted and they do alright, but the belt clips are pretty flimsy. If a belt clip is a must and the OBD is too bulky for your taste, I'd check into seidio cases. They make several different styles offering different levels of protection and most of them have a belt clip so you can carry it on your belt the way you want.
It is best OtterBox
Otterbox is great for iPhone but I had otterbox for the Vivid and it just seems to be too confining...it covers the screen too much..its usable but I just couldn't get used to it..went with Speck candy shell..

Tech21 Impact Band Case

So I walked into a Tmobile store today to get a sim card for my wife and found a Smoke Impact Band Case by Tech21. Never seen the case before but I like it because of the d30 technology.
Anyone else seen this case online? I can't find it anywhere online. Hoping to get it cheaper than retail.
FYI: This is different than the impact snap case that's online.

I work at a corporate T-Mobile and trust me stay away from D30 cases. The buttons are super stiff and sometimes permanently jam your phone buttons, you can get a way better case for the same price. I got the Otterbox Commuter it's the best. I also have a plain TPU with cut outs for the buttons that works well too.
Just stay away from it, trust me!
Thanks for the feedback. I would have thought they were good cases, but I can see your point about the buttons.
I currently have a Mercury tpu case, but I feel it doesn't have much protection. Otterbox is nice but they are so bulky to me.

I have a tech21 case with d3o protection for my note 2. It doesnt even have buttons. My buttons are wide open. I love these cases. I bought one for my S3 and it was a ***** finding one for my note 2 but I found it in the UK. I wont use any other case.
I have the tech21 snap on case from tmobile too. There are no covers for any of the buttons. I needed some quick protection so I went around and got this. The case feels very sturdy and seems like it could take a beating. I'm holding on to this case until the UAG comes out.

I've got this case and it works well. I also had one of these on the galaxy s 4g and it was hard to press the buttons, it's not an issue on the Note II case for me.
With the older case, the plastic was MUCH harder and you really couldn't press the middle of the button, you had to press at the top or bottom to get the plastic button to move. That's not needed with the new case on the Note 2.
Bought it, then sold it to friendly pervert

I thought it was a good case until I wanted to give some Christmas pictures to my mom on boxing day, and I forgot my usb cord so I thought what the heck I will pull off the case and put the microusb card in her computer...big hassle. Firstly because of the inner orange trim protection stuck to my note 2 like glue. It wouldn't come off right away, and while pulling it finally off it was so tight that inside the phone behind the actual Samsung battery cover the memory card came out of its slot. The only thing one of my buddies liked about the case and his reason was that he could start the video camera up, then fold the cover over the screen and now he wouldn't have to pay for the hidden camera premium app. Not a reason for me to keep it so I sold it today to him for his note 2. Otterbox here I come.
Good case. Hold with care because of the lack of grip

Mercury Fancy Diary Leather Case for Samsung Galaxy Note 2?

Has anyone had any experience with the Mercury Fancy Diary Leather Case? It's priced very reasonably, has some decent colors, and I like the fact that it's made in Korea, unlike many other cases in this price range that are from China. I am currently using the Samsung OEM Flip Case, and the only problem I see with the Mercury Leather case is that it might be too thick and I'm not a fan of the magnetic closure judging from what people have said about it interfering with the S-Pen.
I have that exact one and I like mine. First off, it is not leather. Let's just get that out of the way. The outside is textured so there's a nice grip to it. The inside is as you see - TPU material covering the sides and corners.
The top left corner has a little hole exposed (for an antenna in Korea, I heard). There's a lanyard hole but they didn't provide a lanyard. You'll have to get that yourself.
It does have a magnetic closure, but the only time it'll interfere with the S-Pen is if you fold the front flap back as you're using the note. It'll make about a dime sized empty zone where your s-pen won't function.
One thing to note is that you can't use this case as a stand. It doesn't bend like other wallet cases. So if that's one of your requirements, stay away from this.
I got this case primarily to take to the theme parks. I hate carrying extra stuff and having to go through security bag check, and this one lets me carry the phone, tickets, a couple credit cards, and some cash all in one... and it still fits in my jeans.
I have it too. I have 5 wallet cases, including this one. This is the the one I keep coming back to. You can hold a few cards and some cash and it still keeps a relatively slim profile. It looks nice too. I put a double layer of tin foil in the cash slot to avoid any issues with the magnet messing with my debit cards. It must take care of the S-Pen issue also because I have no problem.
I like it because it covers the edges of the phone. No worries about the chrome getting scratched up in my purse.

Tpu bumper

I've been looking for a tpu bumper for a while. I can't seem to find one on eBay or Amazon. If I do find one, it's the Korean version with one of the corners cut.
Anyone know where I can find a blsck tpu bumper?
There's not really any tpu bumper available for the gn2. There are quite a few aluminium bumper though

Yeah I've got an aluminum one but my signal isn't that good with it on.

That's what they do not want. That one in the eBay link has the corner cut out. They want a solid one, with no missing corner/edge for the Korean antenna

Yea looking for a tpu bumper without the corners cut.
All I can find are ones with the corner cut. There must be more Korean versions of the Note 2 out.... Hard to believe.

Hi DarkMan,
I've had one of these on my Note N7000 for nearly 2 years, and it's saved it several times. Once I was running on a treadmill with it, pulled earphone cable by accident, launching the Note to the belt, I then trod on it, it was spat out the end, and someone else walked on it. I was livid, though it's be in a hundred pieces after that,... not a scratch. Twice saved it falling on a road/footpath, screen down, again, not a scratch. I'll be buying another for my Note II when it arrives. Also, it fits a tight as a drum, and I take mine off once a day to swap to a spare battery, hasn't ripped or torn once.
Hope it's of help. :good:

Tab S6 cases (please recommend)

Hello all,
There doesn't seem to be a lot of choice in terms of cases for the Tab S6. All the cases on Amazon have a cut out for the stylus which makes it stick out and they don't cover the sides of the tablet either.
I like the Samsung case but it's too expensive and more importantly for me, does not cover the sides.
Please post your recommendations here...
Thanks in advance

I've yet to find a third party case that has a cover system for the pen too
I've gone with the official book cover with a 10.5inch sleeve to put both in when it's in my bag etc. All of the ones on eBay, amazon, aliexpress etc all have a cut out for the pen which you will 100% lose the pen at some point. Following this thread incase someone has found one.
Until I decide on a case with a pen holder—doesn't have to accomodate the pen slot, and I don't have the keyboard—I've just Dremeled the camera lens slot of my S5e case to make it bigger. So, I might just get an S5e case with a pen holder and do the same.
@TiTiB do you know if the S5e cases fit the S6? I would be looking to do the same if it does.

Fits perfectly.
I like the official keyboard case

I preordered the poetic rubberize shell last night, I also like the samsung keyboard case for travel
There are a couple of options on Amazon that cover the pen.. though in a different way.
The main cover comes all the way around and then flips over a couple of inches onto the back to cover the pen cut-out.
They are a keyboard cover but the keyboard can be taken out as it is connected via magnets.

https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07XH2HJ15/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_dYrJDbAWE61EZ
I got the Poetic Rubber case yesterday. It's a much better case than it was for the s4. It fits tight, perfectly edge to edge of the screen and I love the extra retainer for the pen. This case works great in DEX mode or if you are not using the hidden nav options. You can easily hold the tab by the edge of the case in both portrait and landscape. The only issue with the case is that it makes edge swiping a little difficult. It does add a little weight, but holding in one hand is not an issue.
Moko Folio Case, Logitech K480 Keyboard
I also have been wavering about what case and finally decided to by an inexpensive Moko Folio for about $10 while things sort themselves out. It is a typical folio feature-wise with the exception that the S-pen slot on the back has an elastic cover up about half the pen and makes it much more secure while letting it rest in the magnetic slot for charging.
For a keyboard (lots of people seem to be reporting lots of problems with the Samsung keyboard) I am using a Logitech K480 which I already own and use with other tablets. It has three-position switch with retains bluetooth parameters for three-different devices, keys with decent feel and a slot to put the tab in to hold it up. It also comes with a semi-hard case which has a padded slot in the front cover for the tablet (even with the folio cover).
It's still soon so I will keep watching...
Case with S pen holder
I found this on Amazon, It features the same type of S pen holder as the official Samsung case, I have just ordered one myself.

huh? the s5e case does not fit the s6 very well at all.
when I used the Samsung s5e book cover on the Tab S6, the rear cameras did not fit within the S5e case hence the s5e case was not attached securely with the magnetic attachment.
if you cut out a larger hole in the s5e case for the s6 cameras, then it might be better.

The S Pen is based on electromagnetic resonance. I assume the company wasn't cognizant of how a separate magnetic field could present a problem, which is unfortunate. This case's styling is perfect, so hopefully the design will be altered.

I got this case too ($13.99) and I like it. I even put one of my silicone nose pads (small size) on the case's S-Pen flap so that I could more easily pull it open.

I have tried a few cases and this is the best one I could find (and previously recommended on here) and it was a reasonable price. It’s nice and light and has a place to store the pen to stop it getting lost. The cover also activates the wake sleep when opening and closing.

I keep my tablet in a pouch when not in use along with a good little Bluetooth keyboard which I have used on previous tablets which is also really well made and has a built in trackpad and comes with its own sleeve, again this is reasonably priced.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B017Z6Q528
I also have a Microsoft Arc mouse which I was given and as that folds flat it also fits nicely inside the sleeve I have

I have used this setup with Dex and the keyboard / mouse combination works great
