Actually i did, but was stucked at the factoryfs.img
uh, thats bad. you can hard brick it again with "franco kernel". Ask chainfire, as he had flashed the chinese-leak ics bootloader, his note went from GT-N7000 to GT-I9220. He actually extra hard bricked his note (i assume by flashing nonsense to bootloader partition) and sent it to samsung for repair. A while ago flashing "franco kernel" was a guarantee for dead note (even the screen went blank - no dowload mode, no jig mode)

i just wanna reset the counter and i will send it to samsung again as they already told me that the warranty is OVER (( and i have to pay almost 400$ to replace the motherboard
If they are charging you anyway I can't see the problem. What does it matter what the counter is,if it is out of warranty ?

Uh, thats even worse. 400,- for replacing mobo is quite a lot. here in Germany you can buy a brand new Note for 350,-€
If you just want to reset the flash counter, you can try the method with jig by flashing the SGS2 Bootloader and then returning to SGN Bootloader. Sneaky point: when you´re on SGS2 bootloader, you have to navigate blind, due to black screen. there is an tutorial around here...

If you are able to enter download mode, then flash angelom kernel so that it will reset the binary count and removes yellow triangle in a bricked phone
I tried for the download link but i am unable to get it
Search for angelom..pm him so that he could send you the kernel link

hi there...just superbricked my n7000 n got recover by using manual re-partition...after manually repartition i notice that about 3gb space on internal storage cannot be use that we called bad sector...now i just have about 9gb internal storage...is there other guide or technic to gain the 3gb bad sector back...
sory for my english...
Don't know if it would work or not, bad sects ore are usually marked as such due to being physically unusable, but you could run e2fsck (Google it) via terminal emulator. Or run DD (again, Google) with dev/null being the source file, that would wipe out any corrupted data, may have to be run more than once, two seems to be the magic number when used to do a routine wipe on my phone.
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium
By repartition you will get your note working again, but *will* loose about 3gb of your internal memory. No solution to it.
Even if you do manage to unmark the bad sectors, it will just get your phone to the position it was in before you repatitioned. I think it will be as good as bricked again.
Better option, if your binary count is zero, you are on stock kernel and your note is under warranty, get it replaced under warranty.

Hi All,
Recently I've also super-bricked my phone. I've tried reparation by pit but I loose precious 3GB from Internal memory.
then again I've bricked my phone and gave to SSC. Hope I get e-mmc replaced.

Edit: Got my phone from SSC with new board.

This point to the case of superbrick mate. It has caused damage to your system and maybe also data partition. If you have warranty try to seek help from service center where they will replace mobo. Otherwise only repartition can help revive your phone. Follow the link from dr.ketan tool box in his signature to the guide for revive superbrick note cause by emmc bug. Hope you can make it. Cheers.

If you can't get into recovery or download mode you might be in a bit of a pickle. Recently did that to my GS3 and I had to send it back to Samsung. I would find and try a USB Jig first, that might get you into download mode so you can use Odin to flash stock firmware back onto the phone. Just do a google search for Samsung USB Jig.
Thank you for your advise:thumbup:lol

Well that is the way you can do it, if the USB Jig gets you into download mode. If it doesn't, then you can have it JTaged. There are companies out there that offer JTag Service for some fee. Can't remember now but like 60-70 bucks maybe. Again, I'm sure it's just a google search away. Other than those two options I don't know if anything else, besides sending it back for warranty replacement.

Try Emergency Firmware restore on Kies. If that is not successful then I guess you could flash CWM (non touch edition) and then try find a way to reset your flash counter in recovery or download mode then warranty it. If not then you will have to pay up, $210 here in Aus to get screen/digitalizer/frame repaired (built together) at a Samsung place & that also renews your warrenty

I then heard and read somewhere that the warranty is lost to software related issues not hardware.
But oh well he reset it already. I only reset to get stock stock updates because I get bored sometimes!!
