Just got the Otterbox commuter

And my god am I impressed. I've used otter boxes since the iphone 3gs but I was torn between this and the body glove case. After this purchase, the Otterbox brand will be on every phone I own. Totally recommend this case, it comes with an screen protector you apply but I'm not a fan of those so I can't say anything about it but still, worth every penny. You just can beat the quality of these, fits like a glove, no movement what so ever.

How many days did it take to get to you? How long in processing?

I am desperate for the case mate pop case white/grey, (or black version)but I live in England, and it looks like I can't buy it as it is only available at At&t shops, does anyone have this for sale,I can pay through pay pal, or does anyone have any links,

This case must be hard to find. I had a 3 week old one i sold on ebay last week and it went for $41....the case was only $38 in stores. Its a really nice case. Feels really good in the hand. Hi all,
Just wanted to chime in on this case. The protection is great and the side grips make the feel more solid as opposed to slippery. The extended rubber on the face helps when it is facedown or when it potentially drops so it's not flush against the floor/table. My only beef is that the kickstand rubber part has come loose so i'm not sure how durable that part is, it's not that much of a hassle as I can still manage to prop it up but I'm afraid it will eventually break off.
Most complaints are about the difficulty of getting the kickstand out
P.S. all ports are accessible i.e. stylus, charger, headphones, camera, speaker

Whats the matter with case makers these days? Release the case with just 2 colors, one is black the other is white with pink. Its exactly like body glove diamond series... ffs have they ever thought men uses with white case too? Why pink?? Could just use red and that would plays with well with both genders...

Nice looking case but have always had the rubber part warp on every case I had. Evo 4g, evo 3d, and the skyrocket. I ended up using the speck case for my note 2. Even if anything happens to it I can exchange it for free at the att store.

Looks nice! Hows your reception? Is that the grey bumper? Reason I ask is because it looks greenish on thier site. Did you get any type of discount of pay full price?

Reception for me hasn't changed, but then again I'm one of those guys that could care less if I lose a bar.
As for the color it's the grey one I got and its not green at all, I know what you mean by the pics though it does look a tad green but in reality it's extremely close to the titanium grey of the phone, just a bit darker and a matte finish.
Yea and no discount, I actually got it from their Canadian dealer here: www.mobii.ca since I'm in Canada it's just more convenient. roughly $110 cad shipped was the damage.

Looks pretty nice but indeed the cost is too high compared to what the unit itself costs. Plus I'm one of those that likes a soft rubber/pattern that provides really good grip and prevents having the phone slip from your hand (that's how my previous one cracked the glass).

Smexy. But not $90 worth of smexy, especially for a bumper. Heck that chinese iPhone look-a-like case costs less and it is a full case.

Do you know how the quality compares to sweet armor? I like the look of both, but the sweet armor is on sale right now for $54.

thanks! tbh i think the quality ois realy top notch, a solid bumper for sure, other than that i cannot compare to the sweet armor as i dont have one.
one more thing i forgot to add was that it really doesnt add much bulk to the phone at all the sides of the case a really thin preserving the width of the phone. it does add to the height though which is no biggie

yes the buttons are completely covered and have a nice feeling to it when pressed

is the lip on the back side enough to protect the lens when you place the phone on a table ?

"Dairy or wallet case"? Easy answer, go with wallet if you are lactose intolerant!!!
But seriously, those are usually bulky enough to keep your phone safe if you have a locking strap. If it just diary case like a book cover without a latch, it can flip open during the fall and land right on display - always 50/50 chance.

I refuse to buy another ballistic case... The rubber is too gummy and soft like an otterbox. This causes it to wear much more easily, stick to your clothing, and attract dust. Buy a the Supcase... Either the pro or standard unicorn beetle... I promise that you won't be disappointed.

I would have to say yes. I believe there comes a point when the level of protection becomes wasted and these unicorn beetle ones offer just enough... Unless you plan on throwing your phone off a 5 story balcony, but that's why there's a pro version lol. You just can't go wrong spending $15 on one.

Thanks, saw that. After careful consideration, I went with the UAG Maverick. I have an i-Blason clear TPU cover and a Kayscase ArmorBox. Like the first one for being clear and the second for having a kickstand, but wanted to have a 3rd one with Mil Specs protection, and yet be clear if possible, and high quality, so the UAG came on top, at least in paper. We'll see how it works when I get it.
Of course, I might add more cases to the collection in the future, especially if Mophie gets their **** together and makes a juice pack case.
