Try reflashing the image and make sure all your drivers are installed. Go to device manager and look for any yellow triangles!
Try this :-

Yes this guide is the one but first you need to re-flash ICS back onto it to get it out of the boot loop. I tried going straight back and after flashing GB back onto it it would continue on its boot loop only way I got rid of the loop was to flash ICS back onto it then downgrade using the guide.
I did this myself and thought i had broken everything!
Re-flash your ICS then follow the guide. This worked perfect for me and my phone is faster then ever!
on a side note #15 on the guide says WITHOUT i kept messing this part up >_<

Ok, I have an AT&T Tab, completely stock except for root. I downloaded the .apk to make sure my bootloader was fine, and it passed.
Wanted to install the Overcom ROM, so I followed the tutorial.
I got as far as the Odin step. The overcome kernel flashes just fine, but when the tab reboots it never gets to the samsung boot screen. It just sits black with the backlight on after the AT&T screen. After leaving it like that for awhile, I turned it off and tried to get into recovery. Same thing, it just sits black with the backlight on, won't boot into recovery.
I downloaded and installed Roto's latest JMI and got it working again, but its still very odd. Ive used Odin with my Captivate quite a bit, and it seems to be working just fine.
Whenever you boot it sounds like its working perfectly fine, but the screen is blank with just the backlight lit. It stays blank until you hit the power button, then it turns off, then you hit power again, and it turns on perfectly fine and works.
I tried getting into recovery and its still doing the same thing, blank screen with backlight on. I have no idea if its in recovery and I just can't see it or if its locked.
Also forgot to mention, whenever the screen is blank with the backlight on, there is white line that goes down the screen on the right from top to bottom. And now, even when its booted up and running the JMI firmware, that line is there the whole time.
OK, let it charge for a few hours, and the line was gone. It seemed to be running ok, so I downloaded a terminal emulator, and tried to reboot into recovery. It rebooted and did the same thing, AT&T logo then blank screen w/white line. Now its stuck again, it won't even boot up. Also, it still gets into download mode just fine. It comes right up, and no line.
Any ideas?

I thought JMI was stock firmware? What else is there? Someone posted the stock AT&T firmware, but as dicussed in the thread, it doesn't work. I tried it. This isn't a simple getting stuck at the boot screen, it doesn't even make it to the boot screen.
Added a video to the OP...
Just tried flashing the T-Mobile stock firmware for giggles. Same results as the Roto JMI ROM. You can hear it booting up, but all you can see is the backlight with white line. You can turn the screen off then on, and use it. It seems to work ok, until you turn it off, then it won't boot back up, just gets stuck like the video.
I've already contacted Samsung for a warranty repair, if I can't get this figured out (or someone here) its going back tomorrow.
If you look a little in the general section you will find a thread called at&t black screen with thin white line fix. It's a simple fix that involves flashing the jj4 bootloader. This happens to almost every at&t tab.

I can't go into recovery mode and I can't charge my phone cuz it freezes when I do.
(My phone was rooted when I flashed it)
Can anyone help me please?

Thanks mate Yeah I mean JB
So I was trying to upgrade my phone from rooted stock samsung Froyo to gingerbread using Mobile Odin Pro. I loaded up the Gingerbread Oneclick (I897UCKJ3_noBL.exe) to mobile odin. It was taking too long at the "flashing kernel" screen so i turned it off. When I turned it back on a sound of a female robot voice said "(something) data partition backup operation 10 minutes" I waited 10 minutes to see what would happen but it got stuck on a bootloop with weird colors running off the screen and making little vibrations.
I get no samsung logo, only att logo. I can get into download mode, but not to recovery. Any help to fix this would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm confused, what should I do with this?
U said u could only get into download mode. The one clicks i linked to are the official Android 2.3.5 gingerbread i897uckk4 release. They will do a full wipe. U have a choice of using Odin or Heimdall one clicks. But in the end this that i linked should get u out of ur problem and back to a working phone with official stock 2.3.5 gb. Instructions r included in the Read Me in the download.

The problem here is that you flashed the non-bootloaders version. There is a bootloaders upgrade from Froyo to GB. Which is why you saw the weird colors.
Use the link 4-2ndtwin linked and get the KK4 with bootloaders (in the 3rd post). Make sure it is not interrupted when you flash it!!!!
Closed at OP's request.
Good morning,
I recently decided to attempt to root my LG G4 and install a custom ROM. I was able to unlock the bootloader and boot TWRP, but at this point I received an error when I tried to install the Cyanogenmod ROM that I had downloaded.
At this point, my phone is a brick. If I turn it on normally, the LG screen comes up and stays. There is a message in the upper lefthand corner saying that the bootloader is unlocked.
I am able to boot into download mode. I have tried using LGUP and the LG Flash Tool 2014 to flash the original kdz but I get connection errors with both approaches.
Any ideas what my next course of action should be?
Thanks in advance!
Mine is doing the same thing and I am getting errors on 9% on both versions of tools version 2014 and 2016. No one has an idea why? I have done this unit before what out any problems!
Use lg up and the newest kdz (20o). Manually enter download mode and then start lg up. Also you might have to download and install lg drivers onto your PC.

This is what solved the issue for me. I simply had the wrong KDZ. The 20o is the one I needed.
My lg g4 got the fault in the system where it stuck in the bootloader and all I did was us lg up and kdz 10n and the phone didn't boot but I was able to return it and get a phone because when you do that your deleted everything off it and making it to where it was when it came out of the box

One small thing you might want to try first. Open LGUP with your phone connected in download mode. Choose the kdz file you want to use, then CLOSE LGUP (leaving the phone connected). Then reopen LGUP and the kdz file should still be selected. Then click Start.

Have you try booting into download and open LG Bridge, software update and follow the steps it tells you?
Mine randomly restarted and entered a boot loop on the way into work today. I couldn't enter recovery. I just let it loop. When I checked it when I got to work about 30 minutes later, the screen was dark and I figured it had died. It was booted to my lock screen. The weird part is that all of my "recent apps" were still open. I'd taken the battery out several times. It now reboots without issue. Perhaps I slipped into an alternate universe where my phone didn't die on the way to work. #mandellaeffect
