Hi All....Please help me with a error that I have in launching SUPERSu.
A few months back I networked unlocked my phone and it was working fine. I returned to India today and my SIM Card is asking for network unlock key again. Why did this happen? Is there not a way to network unlock the phone for ever? Where is the home network configuration stored in the phone?
I tried using SuperSU but it does not launch. I get an error "There is no SU Binary installled and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem". How do i get over this? I tried uninstalling and re-installing from Play Store but that does not help.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
Guddu

Regarding the SuperSU issue, you seem to be unrooted and installing the app for the play store won't help. You need to flash it over recovery or to flash a rooted kernel such as Philz.
In respect to the unlocked network, if you used an IMEI code, then the phone should be permanent unlocked but if you used a software app such as galaxsim unlock, I guess that you will need to run it again or to get the IMEI unlock code.

Dear Glevitan...thanks for your response. U were right. I installed a rooted rom and now i will attempt network unlock.
My previous unlock was done using galaxy s unlock app. Now i wish to unlock it permanently to avoid repeating the process every time i move between countries. Could you please tell me how to unlock using IMEI APPROACH?

To get the IMEI unlock code you need to ask the carrier that sold you the device or you have to buy one over the internet. You can also try galaxsim unlock, I used it and updated my galaxy note 2 and network unlock remains intact

Gracias Glebvitan....Yo pude desbloquear con el app GalaxSIM Unlock. Funciono perfectamente bien.
Edit: whoops I thought this was the 2014 forum. My bad, I'm not sure how to delete, but will when I figure out.
I'm just trying to get stock Marshmallow on my ATT xt1097. Used kingroot for temp root, and sunshine SUPPOSEDLY unlocked my bootloader. During the "process", Sunshine erased itself from my phone and I had to manually reboot my phone. I got the message before boot that my bootloader WAS unlocked. But root is gone, and kingroot will not give me a permanent root.
Do I need root to flash the stock ROM? If so, is there a way to do this from my phone? I don't have access to a computer at the moment.
Hello everyone , I recently rooted a L90 and now gave my some problems ( stall or restart or does not switch on ) . I have to be shipped in assistance . I did the procedure complete unrooting with superuser, but when i access to the download mode I wrote rooted in red. Obviously i verified root with root checker and tells me that i havent root . Can anyone help me?

Can anyone please help me unlock my le2 phone.
i don't remember the pattern, phone is locked and it requires to put password for once to access fingerprint again(didn't sign up with their ****ty le eco account so forgot password isn't an option either).
my phone is not rooted and also usb debug isn't enabled.
it has the latest software provided by company in ota update
my friend said that initial version of eui had a vulnerability that allowed phone to be rooted even if its locked, so i was thinking if i could downgrade it and try to root and then backup my data, will this method work?
please help.
All data recovery apps & software requires "root access" in order to make deep data search.
My bootloader is locked.
Is it possible to gain root access just for the above scope?
e.g. is there any root method without flashing the phone that gives root access?
