Yeah, it's the future feature list. Full streaming is what I've been waiting for, and I'm so excited it's actually coming!

I use Bloo every day, its pretty good. its abit annoying that he is releasing it for free.
I am looking forward to the update.

damn its nice to see someone making money in the market. if its true that he sold 6000+ copies in one month then he made $9000 (minus any fees). Thats pretty cool.

It's still $1.49. I would pay and just to download I now, but I chose to be patient and get it for free lol. Are you sure the dev is going to make it free? If not, I'm just going to buy it.

Third, I just got off the phone with a VZ exec who said while he can't comment/doesn't know the release date he is still waiting for it himself and VZ people are getting hands-on training on the phone right now.

Play Store Orders + Shipping

I'm sure there are plenty of people out there that haven't purchased anything on the Play Store before that may have questions about how it works and what to know.
Discussion about the ordering and ridiculous shipping when purchasing through the play store!
We all know last year was a complete flop. Hopefully Google got their act together

Can we get this out of the way before it is posted about a million times:
1) If you actually get your order to go through (unlikely but possible), you may or may not get charged. Then a few days later your order may or may not get randomly cancelled.
2) 2-day shipping means when it is shipped you will get it in 2 days. It doesn't account for processing time.
3) After you order, it may take hours or days for you to get order confirmation
4) Some people will get shipping notifications but some won't. Do NOT call Google to ask when it will get shipped. They have no clue and will just make up information.
5) Getting the shipping notice means they created a shipping label but it may take days for it to actually ship.
6) Don't read these order threads on XDA because it will just make you go mad. If you get a order confirmation, sit back and relax because there is nothing you can do but wait for it to come. Google will not ship these in any type of order. And calling Google will just increase the chances they screw up your order. Relax while everyone on XDA freaks out and claims the world is coming to an end. Then enjoy your N5 when it comes a week or two later.

Do a screeenshot the moment order confirmation appears and blur our important personal info asap, upload to your favorite image hosting service, and memorize the url.
So that you can post it as many times as you want.

As you know, Google Nexus 6 by Motorola will have preorder from Oct 29, but there are no source on when exactly if is by 12AM (after 11:59PM from 10/28) and I see that many people are taking base from last year that was in a afternoon.

Nobody knows otherwise we would have stated it already. Best guess is same time as last year but that might change. That's all we know right now. No need to speculate any further.

Times like this are why we own mechanical keyboards with switches rated for 50 million cycles

I remember F5'ing the Play Store at the rumored time of N5 launch. For 10 minutes I didn't see anything posted. My friend told me the order site was actually somewhere else. I got my order in before they were out, even when I was not there at launch.
I don't know about the N6 but I'd say don't sweat it if you are not there at the exact time.

Pushbullet is awesome. It'll automatically send to your phone and then there is an extension for Chrome and I think firefox that'll show a popup too on your computer. It even shows every email and message I get on my phone on my computer.

Done and setup all source for the 32GB version but I believe that there will be no 16GB version, at my understanding.

im gonna try to get it from motorola and they usually do pre orders around noon ,but if they do a midnight release ill be sure to be on lol

After some reconsideration I've decided to wait a couple of weeks until I buy the device for a few reasons. Mainly I want to see in depth reviews but also see potential early bugs squashed.
Anyone remember the nexus 5 get a hardware revision? They made the speaker holes physically bigger in later releases. I'm just wondering if something similar can happen with the nexus 6.

I was referring that the step of the Reddit publishing included a "16GB version" which I too believe is wrong.

So I haven't seen a clear answer, what time is the Nexus 6 likely to be up for preorder on Google Play?

Last year Nexus 5 was 2pm Eastern time = 11am Pacific time where Google headquarters are.

So, with all the pre-orders and people finding that it's going to be hard to get one any time soon, when will stock be available? To me, this just sounds like a ploy to build up a buzz about "who can get the N6 first" and then release it in normal numbers after the hype has been promoted.
So, if I come back in a month or two, will normal stock numbers make the device easier to get?
Benefits of waiting:
* By waiting, any issues with hardware/software will be brought out by the numerous early adopters.
* By waiting, if there are updates to the software or hardware that need to be released, they will be by the time late-market adopters get in on the action
* By waiting, more accessories may be introduced into the market as some accessory makers wait to see what the reception of a device is into the market before releasing accessories
* By waiting, more stock and therefore, better pricing may occur (although this one is a stretch even on a good day)
Cons of waiting:
* You don't get the device before anyone else (not really a big deal if you've got a perfectly good working device, after all for a lot of us, smartphones are a luxury not a necessity, YMMV)
* You don't get the latest and greatest tech immediately (see previous point)
I just see more benefits to waiting than in running out and getting this just because it's "new"
Of course, this is my opinion, yours may be different.

Yeah I'm using the Canadian Pushbullet (so far no updates, lol). But I've been following the USA PushBullet, just for fun, and it seems like from last week, the "Out Of Stock" notification comes MERE seconds after the In Stock notification, lol, I really will need to be really fast. Specially if this is a worldwide pre-order. I would hate to have to wait an extra week to place an order
