Is it possible to boot Firefox OS on our s5570??

Our hardware should be able to handle it .... because it was working fine on gio ...

i could only spot 2 differences in mini and gio...

[PORT]Firefox OS
I have started working on a port from Gio ... i've done everything required for a port from gio .. ... now I just need to modify the ramdisk .. i'll upload the zip after doing the same ... i'll move this thread to dev section if it works...

in that os, can we use google play store?
if it's working well in gio, should we overclock mini to 800 mhz to make it work well?

it will be very nice to see some other system besides ICS or JB on our phones

No it isn't based on android ... so no play store ... and i am porting it from Gio ... so , the problem isn't the CPU Freq .. its the chipset..
my port failed ... problem with the boot.img
i'll upload the zip so that you all can take a look at it ...

I am doing the same thing i have the contact of the dude who is doing the rom for the Gio.... My port arrive at the word GAlaxy gio gts.... like that one for the GIo Maybe can we collaborate

I found a method to delete shutdown.qmg file and add image files named like "shutdown_1.png" and that's all :|

No, you can't do it as custom ROMs do not support shutdown animation
However, have you been on Stock rom, you should have been able to do it

Yes, but it works only in paranoid Rom..
My galaxy ace's port work in cm10 (now I'm not tested it on others roms) and it doesn't need to change any system file...

ok sir,according to u,for me,i love hyperion style

my friend flashed this on his galaxy mini 5570 and now the phone is dead doesn't boot just nothing but it booted at first then after that it turned off and came to this dead state .
will a usb jig bring it to life or it is hopeless? Thanks in advance .

Now i wanna share touch recovery. This is the FIRST TOUCH RECOVERY BUILT FROM SOURCE not port. And this is for Galaxy Pocket GT-S5300 aka CORI and maybe also works on Galaxy Pocket Duos GT-S5302. If u wanna use this recovery on different device, u should port it before or some features wont works properly.

when u mount usb storage, that will shown is sd card only. but i think it's not a big problem because the ext-sd can still be read through the Aroma FM or file manager.
