Selling SIM & CID Unlocked ATT Tilt w/extras

Comes with Seidio slim rubberized case and 6 GB Micro SD. Phone is about 6 months old. There is a small scratch on the top left of the phone (hence the case).
Currently I have L26_KaiserDiamond_V9 flashed on the phone w HardSPL 3.28, but will flash the ROM of your choice.
Opera 9.5 and TomTom 6 and 7 are installed. Have many other apps available to install too, so if you are looking for something pre installed let me know.

It will be up on eBay and I will post the link for all you skeptics. I was just giving the boards a chance at it first, seeing all I know has been supplied from this great knowledge base.

It was Target. It was probably a mistake on their end, where they were getting rid of older models but didn't want them to go that low. They're already out of stock though.

I ordered one last night, but I heard this morning they were cancelling all orders due to the misprint. It was worth a shot!

Yeah, it was Target. They tend to mess up like this frequently, lol. A month ago I was able to buy a $50 Playstation card for $18 because they messed up.

As there is no accepted law that forbids you I do not see why not, this case is because the person made 1.2 Million dollars profit and of course someone would want a piece of that cake I seriously doubt that someone would go after you fro 200$ of electronic that has parts in it from the entire globe. I would say the guy with the 1.2M could have spent a little bit more on a lawyer

This is a bad article and shame on the OP for posting it without checking something like this out. He/She is like the person that automatically forwards outrageous/inflammatory emails without checking them out.
There is a small amount of truth to the article though. This court ruling would only apply to copyrighted materials that were manufactured outside of the US AND the manufacturer did not give consent for the product to be shipped to, and sold in the US. Only after those conditions were met, then the mfg would then have to object to the second sale. This probably doesn't affect 99.9% of the goods you buy and already own.
ex. You buy something made overseas from Wal-Mart or the Verizon store or AT&T store.. This court case has no effect on that.

It's already 8 pages long because of mostly pre-order discussions. Hopefully he thread you are referring to will end up being mostly about shipping only and not pre-orders. I personally like the simple it has "shipped" thread. Other than the clutter of pre-order discussion, I personally don't care where the "shipped" thread is because I actually enjoy reading all of the post throughout.
Can't wait for my new toy to ship!!!

come on now think about what you just said of course its only pre-order cuz thats all it is and once shipping starts you will see only shipping. the point is that a thread is already started and all this does it clutter up an already cluttered xda.
