Preview images of Batakang Atrix HD ROM! - Motorola Atrix HD

This is going to be my re-incarnation of Arctic HD for the Atrix HD in a way, with some changes. This time around I decided to try tablet UI. My rom is heavily debloated version of the AT&T jellybean leak, so it is stock-based as Arctic HD was. I am just doing this Rom for what I like, and not trying to work towards people's wants or needs (made that mistake before!). If you like the way I will be doing it, fine! Great. If not, then don't complain lol. I have the rom all set to go, maybe switching launcher and a few other tweaks, but I can launch it as soon as Hashcode can help get the 4.1.1 base rom to boot from SS 3 install.
Without further wait.... Batakang Atrix HD ROM preview images!

So far:
Debloated (not a trace of AT&T or Moto bloat)
Tablet UI
New Launcher
4.2 Gapps from KillDroidHack (formally DroidTh3ory)
Build.prop tweaks from papi92

I'm using Apex right now, but I am open to suggestions. I am not too familiar with non-stock JB launchers

Personally I use nova I'm not knowledgeable about launchers. But what ever you decide I will run as soon as possible I'm always ready for testing and flashing if you need anyone just PM me!

I saw the quadrant score. The score is unbelievably amazing. Thanks,matt.. Hope you'll keep sticking to AHD. I know new Nexus is tempting you.

After using them, I definitely like Holo Launcher HD. It has a very smooth, natural feel to it.
However, I decided to go with the 4.2 launcher.

i take it ur using the max dpi available for the tab ui?

I don't normally work with source roms, but I am making good progress on it. 4.1.1 with 4.2 gapps works very well... so the good features of 4.2 without the drawbacks of re-writing everything for the multi-users.
In the meantime I might just release what I have as a backup to restore from with Safestrap... that's how I got it to SirHoover for testing.

The source code for the kernel won't help for a stock rom on a device where we cannot have custom kernels. Thanks for the thought though.
EDIT: I started using a free app called Power Toggles. Literally does all the work for me. I don't think I'll be making built in code for 1% and toggles if I can just include this nice app instead
EDIT 2: Added my new themed Settings.apk

Flash via Recovery
Enjoy (and maybe click the thanks button again!)
***I haven't ran this long but everything (camera, mounting to PC, etc.) seems to be working. Let me know if you find any side effects.
***Ext4 mod users: I run the normal_data mod and did not need to wipe re-run the mod after flashing this, so I'm thinking you guys shouldn't need to either.

Oh, is this that screen on/off animation that looks similar to an old tube TV which I've seen on (for example) the 2.1/3.0 McTwist v1.1 ROM? I really like that effect - was it originally standard from HTC?

I think what really differentiates these ROMs is the customization. If it's still just stock Touchwiz, I doubt we'd notice any difference.
But good job. Maybe when you have a custom theme or post some screenshots

So this is basically a faster version off stock KL1 or KMM? I really wonder if it is possible to do a stock Google 3.2 for this...touchwiz just messes it up.

Awesome. Thank you to the probably 5 people who tried it actually out of the 396. Thanks.
Sweet. Another 1 star vote. I should just have this thread deleted. Thanks to everyone for supporting me and telling me what to fix. /sarcasm. Maybe I should give up developing since nobody seems to like my ROMs.
Dude you dont need to be pissed off these people, actually the development of the tab roms is getting slow and you are the only one who posted the last two roms, a great job just by posting these thread to keep the development ongoing, probably the one that rated your rom 1 star is 10 year old kid mostly just trolling around.
All the best.
yeah man screw the haters and be patient with all the feedback as that Android 4.0 alpha has taken all the attention lately. Just giver a week or so with the holiday season and all.
Thanks guys. The reason I'm getting irritated at the raters is because it the rating is so low, people are just gonna be like "oh, 2 stars. Nah, I'm not gonna look at it."

That's kind of a bummer, since I'm really OCD about keeping my stuff in order... Which means the SGIII will be the same too.

In your sig. A 120% OC would be running the phone at 2.2Ghz
No.. it wouldn't. That's a 120% live OC by itself, making it a 1.2GHz clocked processor. The Max that can be pushed out even with Glitch Kernel, which has the highest OC, is 2.1GHz which I would be jealous of since all I can get is about 1.88GHz and I have a good processor.
Also even with a 120% live OC on a 1.2GHz clock would only give you 1.44GHz clock. So I how did you get 2.2GHz?

Tired of all the blue

I recently was eligable to upgrade phones and chose the Motorola Atrix HD. I want to start off and say, I love this phone. Fast, Sleek, Lovely. but damn am I already tired of seeing all this blue! AT&T signal, Wifi icon, Battery Icon, Clock at the top bar are all blue. The drag down menu's font is all blue too (Date, setting symbol (gear), X) and when you go to see all your apps there is blue there too.
Anyway to change this blue to another color... say orange or white?
Its blue because its the theme color of ICS.

Personal preference I guess. I happen to like blue so I don't mind. It could be worse though. It could be blue signal icon, orange wifi icon, green battery etc. At least it's uniform.

A variety like you said would be great, I prefer warm colors/white compared to cold/dark.

Maybe I can't change the blue itself but I know there must be themes out there? I can't seem to find any that allow me to customize it myself or have a wide selection.
Licious rom will becoming out after bootstrap

That's one of the things that makes android so great. You're not tied to someone else's idea of what's aesthetically pleasing.
With Android, you CAN have it YOUR way!
To the OP, of you don't like the original ICS Blue (I happen to love it), start modifying your system files, after all, we do have root now.
Absolutely no reason for you to be carrying around a phone that you're not 100% happy with!

Haha if only we all knew how to manipulate the system

Is real easy, once you start. Look up the tutorial on how to theme on the Android themes section.

If you need any help I'd be more than willing to lend a hand. I'm planning on starting a paranoid build sometime tomorrow.
