Hi
Anyone knows if I can use this to charge my original battery? I have its 3100mah battery and this charger. Was thinking of using this to charge my original Samsung battery when I'm using the details seven battery. Will it spoil my original battery? Thanks.

It'll work fine but it'll take longer to charge.

Hey guys is it possible that galaxy mini works on external power like a laptop? (without battery)
Thanks for info.
You can plug in the charger and use it with your battery...but why would you want to do that?

So that my battery wouldnt heat so mutch... I know that if battery gets warmer than 40 degrees celsius it shortens its lifetime.
Then keep using your battery and charger alternatively.

This battery pack was showed in korea any one knows when its going to be aviable?
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
That would be nice to have
Does it have any features that make it different to any of the other battery packs out there?
Given the power requirements of the Note, I would want it to be at least 10,000 mAh.
I have a 4400 mAh battery pack at the moment which is ok for doubling my battery life, but it would be nice to have more for long trips, heavy use days. So, I'm thinking of buying one of the 10,000 or higher packs.

Good thing with this phone is that it doesn't charge when battery is full. You can see because the phone is cold and on the other side, it's warm when charging

We don't have to open a new thread for every question we have. There is a general thread for our phone and it is here and it is active..

Simple answer: Yes it is bad to leave the battery in the charger all night.
Long answer: It will get a little bit of energy once in a while to keep it around 100% charge. This itself is already bad for your battery, but that isn't everything. Battery's don't like to be full or empty, they rather be 50% or so. The same goes for your laptop etc.
The question however is, do we care about it? Well no not really, the effect of it on the battery isn't that big compared to it's lifetime. You have to remember that on average a battery wont last 2-3 years anyway.
This battery is awesome.
I remember back when I had an HTC EVO 3D and I tried using an extended battery and it totally fried my phone, rendered useless.
I was kind of weary buying an extended battery for my Note II because of that.
Well, my faith has been restored.
I got mt Anker 6200mah battery this morning, and from what I know you're supposed to drain the battery and then fully charge it once its dead.
The problem is...
Its not dying.
I got the battery at 45% charge and here is where I'm at so far...
Will do a full review once I use the 100% charge.
Buy it here:

Anyone else seeing their N7 take FOREVER to charge? When fully charged, 100% lasts a long time, but once it hits 99%, buh-bye battery... Then while plugged in it takes hours just to get a 10% increase in charge... It started while running 4.2.2 rooted stock, and continues running 4.3 stock Unrooted... Just wondering, kinda annoying...

Mine did this too. From what I've read its a common fault with nexus 7s. Mine was less than a year old so I took it back to where I got it from and they replaced for a new one.
Managed to get a 32gb one instead though as they didn't stock the 16gb one anymore so that was pretty sweet.

When mine did this I just installed a new ROM, been on Sentinal ROM for a few months now and battery life and charge times are better than ever
