Insufficient storage error appearing whenever I try to install an app - HTC Incredible S

this problem just appeared out of nowhere when titanium backup fc when I open it so I deleted cache but still it fc so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app
But when I tried to install it again a message appeared : insufficient storage space error
How is that??? I have a lot of space on phone and SD card same thing.
I moved all apps to sdcard
I cleared Google play cache many times but still the problem persists
I reflashed ROM (sabsa prime 8.5) and wiped cache and dalvik three times or more and I even fixed permissions!! Bit the problem is still there now I am clueless

Just download and install lucky patcher (its not in the market) and open the app, its gonna remove some stuff then try installing the app you wanted

I fixed this on a friends tablet.
You must use the Clear Data option in manage applications to a phone related thing. Too bad I can't remember the name.
Could you write the error message so I can help you?

you most likely had an earlier installation, that need to be cleared
use a root file manager to remove system/liblibtitanium.so and data/app/com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup-1.odex
Thx, it works

Encryption failure and data removed

I set an alarm on o4x last night before sleep. This morning the alarm happened as scheduled. However, when I tried to disable alarm, the UI froze and continued to vibrate. I have nothing to do but remove the battery. In the next boot, it said "encryption faiure" and have to perform factory reset". As a result, my user data and installed apps were erased.
My version is v10f, rooted. Anyone faced the same problem?

I got that error when i tried installing Google Now from CWM. But i didn't erase data but instead i did reboot. After couple of reboots everything was okay, didn't have to format.
