Gueste2X "GoodBye" v2.0R Pdroid support - LG Optimus 2x

the previous thread was closed... but I have some question about the rom?
I tried to add pdroid framework to the rom but i get into bootloop.
What I did was create an update.zip, apply pdroid patcher and a new .zip file was generated successfully (seen in the pdroid patcher logs).
but when flashing i get into bootloop. anyone knows another way to try to patch to get pdroid support?

And why exactly did you post this in the development section?

sorry. i made a mistake, could anyone move it to Q&A section please?
but on second thought I think this section it's more related with my question, because it involves a rom modification to support the framework.

Moved to Q&A as it is a question.

[Q] [Request]Pdroid for Official CyanogenMod

Hello,
i would really appreciate if someone could make a PDroid-Patch for our official CyanogenMod.
There are several Tools out there and i tried each of them, with no success... The framework.jar in those output files always seems very small. I guess that is the reason i always get stuck on the boot Logo.
The tools i tried are:
PDroid Patcher v1.32 Beta 0.321 for Windows | You can find it here -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1357056
AutoPatcher Windows cygwin Version | You can find AutoPatcher here -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1719408
PDroid Patcher v1.31 | You can find it here -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=24521813&postcount=1164
Out of cuirosity and lack of other options i tried a few patches from yagyas thread over here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1526326&highlight=pdroid
Of course with no success, they are all meant for other Versions.
So if anyone has already managed to get this working or got any other tips and hints for me, i would be very happy.
Thanks in advance

[HELP] Can't boot freshly compiled kernel

I've compiled the kernel from opensource.samsung.com but it always results in a bootloop (without any edits), did anyone else encounter such an issue? I'm sure I followed the instructions correctly.
Thanks
Case closed, turns out you need the latest Android version for the kernel source that comes with Update 1 to work.

[MOD][SOUND] ARISE Sound Systems™

THIS IS NOT MY WORK.
The original developers can be found HERE. All credits to them.
I wanted to share this sound mod with you with a minor adjustment. The only adjustment I have made to the zip file is to modify which packages that should be installed. This can be altered to your own needs, but I wanted to share one that works with AOSP on Nougat. This should work on Oreo as well, both 32 and 64-bit.
What is included in this repacked version:
Magnum Opus Core module
Magisk Module
ViPER4Arise™ 2.3.4.0 module
Dolby Digital Plus™ module
Sony™ Xperia XZ Music Suite module
AOSP MusicFX module
Please give a thumbs up in the original thread if you find it useful.
For further adjustments or questions see the original thread.
Download HERE
Installation instructions:
Download
Install - You will encounter "Error 1" and the installation stops. This is to create the required files for the next step.
Install again.
Done!
Wait, what exactly is the point of this zip file you've created? There's just a tiny modification you've done, which you haven't clearly explained.
You basically just reposted another thread without any proper meaning or modification. Please stop spamming the forums. Everyone knows how to download ARISE, and there's no need for a new thread about it.

Sorry I didn't know this mod existed until yesterday so I thought it was worth sharing with an even easier way of installing, so more people could enjoy this amazing mod. But that is not the case then this can be removed.
