Yes, it works. I have two micro SDXC 64gb cards (class 6 and 10) that both work well on the phone.

Class 6 I got late last year for $79 and Class 10 I got from Amazon when it was on sale for $50
Im clueless about the classes but the higher the class the faster or better quality the card is?

Yes, the higher the class the faster the data read and write speed. but regardless, class 6 is plenty fast enough for anything you do on the phone. But since the price is so close to each other, I would suggest just getting the class 10. You can always use it on your digital camera (newer ones that support it) if you don't use it on the phone. fyi, make sure you format the drive in FAT32 (let the phone recognize the card first before putting it into your computer).

update
Received my Sandisk 64gb Micro SDXC card today and it was a complete FAIL. Tried to format it in the note, it did not work. Kept saying sd card is blank or is in unreadable format. I tried to format it in FAT32 via CMD on my PC, did not work. I tried to format with other programs did not work. Spent the last 4 hours trying to get this to work to come to the conclusion that I must've received one that was part of the bad batch that was released to the public. I will be returning this one and exchange it. *sigh I'll likley have to wait until next week to try out the new one since its a holiday weekend.
My note wouldn't read it out of the box. I put it on my S2 and formatted it under settings. Then my note started reading it. So you can prob try a different Android phone and format it from the phone... I thought I had one from a bad batch too at first but that fixed it. now it works like a charm.
Sent from my Samsung Note
Ill try that but i doubt it will work. My pc doesnt even recognize it. It shows it as a drive but it cant do anything with it. Format it, copy files to it...etc etc

nope. i never use ebay. I don't trust it. I got it from amazon. I will say this though...amazon was just the middle man when I first bought it. I returned it already and will be getting a full refund while my new card will arrive tomorrow, but it was purchased from amazon directly this time.
Update. I got the new card and it wouldn't format on the note, but it formatted easily on my pc and works like a charm now. Only issue IM having is that it won't transfer.files above 8Mb/s. Not exactly the 30mb/s that it's rated it. Could be a number of other things causing this, but I'll update once I figure out why it's so slow.

Seller is amazon. returning it and waiting for another one. *sigh. what format do you have your card in?
I just popped it in my s2 first then under settings i hit format right off the phone.. I originally put it in my note but it wouldn't read it. Wouldnt even load.. After i did the format on my s2 it worked. I uploaded movies, music and used about 70%of it and it runs smooth with no lags... Its a speed 10 btw not the six one idk if that makes a difference or not

Nope if it supports SDXC it'll take up to 2TB (When they're released)
In fact most things with SDHC support will take SDXC cards if they're formatted FAT32.

But 64GB Micro SDXC cards have been out for at least a year now...
The only reason they say up to 64gb is because 128 were not available during the time the phone came out. They do work have one in my phone right now. Just wish I could put some of my apps on it.

"The Secure Digital eXtended Capacity (SDXC) format supports cards up to 2 TB (2048 GB), compared to a limit of 32 GB for SDHC cards in the SD 2.0 specification."
The next iterations of cards we will see will be 128, 256, 512 and then 1tb and 2tb. Seems farfetched with the sizes but about 10 years ago I purchased a 128MB (yes megabyte) card for $80 at walmart for my Compaq Ipaq.
Been keeping my eye out for the new 128gbs also. Samsung is known to be working on them but I haven't seen much more than that.

hey !
i'd recommend you to order one from farnell rather than RS.
RS is shipping mainly "made in china boards". When you order from farnell, you have a decent chance to get one with fancy "made in the UK" on it
P.S.: most probably is the same stuff, ...but honestly... it was a long time ago when i had in my hands a piece of electronics made in the UK.

here is the link...

My RS board was made in china .... Isn't everything these day LOL When I Ordered in November the RS lead time was about 5 weeks..... It took about 6 weeks.
@juraj.s I thought we ( brits ) were just a nation of checkout girls/boys now... that's why the Pi was made....
I got my British designed and made in UK rspi board from farnell, waited ages for the backlog to clear, it is a lovely little piece of kit, trying to get my head round Linux with it but I'm getting there

I got mine from here and it shipped within a couple of weeks. And this was back when everyone was waiting a month or so to get one. Also, be careful where you order from. You want to make sure you get the one with 512MB of RAM. The older ones only have 256MB

Yeah mine came in about 6 days
I would not recommend buying via rs-online. I have orded my Pi in the beggining of septpember, got it on 14th december. The dispatch date of my order was set between 3rd and 9th of december (+5 working days of shipement to other european countries than UK). Got no info about shippemnt. I had to write an e-mail on 11th december to get information, that my package was shipped on 6th december.
Made in UK - Sony Corp. factory

One more note on newark, they had the cheapest shipping EVER
I ordered mine in June from RS and got it in November. I didn't mind about waiting because in the end I got the 512MB board.

No, the Raspberry Pi does not come with a power cord just the Raspberry Pi board itself. You can either use a 5v power adapter hooked up to an outlet, use a micro usb to usb through a powered hub, or a battery pack. I would recommend taking a look at this list of known working power supplies http://elinux.org/RPi_VerifiedPeripherals#Working_power_Adapters and known working external battery packs http://elinux.org/RPi_VerifiedPerip...ry_packs_.28with_5.C2.A0V_regulated_output.29.
